宪法第十四修正案第一条就是equal protection clause。当年最高法院废除racial
segragation就是根据这一条(Brown v. Board of Education (1954))。

这牵涉到所谓的"suspect class"概念。最高法院认可race, national origin,

Minnesota employee was the victim of a robbery in the Carlson School
of Management building on the West Bank.

Thursday night.
It happened at Crescent Street and Broadway in Astoria around 8:50 p.m. as
police attempted to pull the Ford F150 over.

屋里三个好人
两个持枪坏人入室
枪击了一个好人(A1)脸部，A1跑到厕所锁上厕所，大喊中枪
好人（A2）拿起枪，碰到了坏人（B1）。B1和A2的互相用枪对着对方。A2射击，B1被击
中。
B1大喊好人有枪，坏人（B2）跑了。
好人（A3）冲到厕所，撞开厕所帮助A1
B1挣扎着逃跑。
A2打911
B1在草坪上撑不住了，倒下。
B1，的第三项罪名是POSSESSION OF WEAPON: OR AMMO BY CONVICTED FLA FELON
此人是前科重犯罪犯，不应该有枪和子弹的。这就是坏人怎么也能搞到黑枪的具体例子。

with three armed robbers last night.
Despite the odds being stacked against him, it was the would be robbers that
ended up on the losing end of the fight.
The clerk struck two of the suspects. All three suspects were able to flee
