两个持枪坏人入室
枪击了一个好人(A1)脸部，A1跑到厕所锁上厕所，大喊中枪
好人（A2）拿起枪，碰到了坏人（B1）。B1和A2的互相用枪对着对方。A2射击，B1被击
中。
B1大喊好人有枪，坏人（B2）跑了。
好人（A3）冲到厕所，撞开厕所帮助A1
B1挣扎着逃跑。
A2打911
B1在草坪上撑不住了，倒下。
B1，的第三项罪名是POSSESSION OF WEAPON: OR AMMO BY CONVICTED FLA FELON
此人是前科重犯罪犯，不应该有枪和子弹的。这就是坏人怎么也能搞到黑枪的具体例子。

Home invader shot after shooting man in face
One man was shot in the face while he slept early Saturday, and his alleged
assailant was shot in the groin by a woman in the victim's house, according
to a police report.
Two men and one woman were at home when Matthew Banks, 26, entered the house
at 4:25 a.m., according to a Gainesville Police report in which the address
of the incident and the names of the victims were redacted.
Authorities did not reveal the condition of the wounded victim or Banks, of
2229 SE 30th Drive.
Police gave this account: The male victim was asleep on a couch when Banks
and a second suspect entered the house.
A woman in the house had gotten up to check on another person in the house,
who is blind, when she heard two loud booms and then the man shouting that
he had been shot in the face.
The woman got a gun from a closet and walked down the hall toward the living
room when she saw Banks pointing a gun at her. She fired a shot and told
police that she was sure that she hit him.
She said she saw the second suspect in the dining room and that Banks told
the other suspect to run, she has a gun. The report did not indicate if this
second suspect has been apprehended.
Banks went out the front door and collapsed on the lawn as the woman called
911.
The other man in the house told police he was asleep and heard a loud noise.
He then heard the wounded man, who had locked himself in a bathroom,
shouting that he had been shot. He broke into the bathroom to help his
friend.
Police found Banks on the lawn with a blood-covered pistol nearby. They also
found Banks' Florida Department of Corrections identification card next to
the gun.
The male victim was taken to UF Health Shands hospital.
Banks was arrested on charges of attempted murder, home invasion robbery
with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was
being held at the Alachua County jail Sunday on $5 million bond. | m********a
