就我的两次出庭经验：第一次出庭警察都不来。
“那女的”是procecutor, 你可以同她讨论如何认罪减点。
关于点：
1. 有了点，就会在留下记录，保险公司好象是按5年内记录操作，涨不涨价因公司而异
，如NJM会先警告而不涨价。
2. 一年内安全驾驶会减去3点，该3点不影响上述surcharge。
3. Defensive driving courses 可减去两点，也能3年（或5年，记不清了）内提供保
险折扣。http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Licenses/Defensive.htm 但好像是3年才能用一次。花费大概60吧。
4. 记得还有一种课程是减3点的，但搜了一下没找到。
5. 认罪减点也有限制的，好象是5年内只能2次，具体我不清楚，你可以问prosecutor
价格听起来很正常。你看着办，或全减，或半减加上课。上庭我不建议，4点太多了，
除非你很有很有把握。

都是withhold了，是这样吧。因为就来了半年，所以实际年收入还不到5万，再加上买
保险，那这个surcharge肯定是退的，至于levy，看到有人从Medicare申请Certificate
of Exemption也可以减免，我这种情况可以吗？

。后来我选择认罪，现在收到罚单，罚款65，还有额外的85的surcharge。我有两个问
题要请教：
1. 我怎么才能知道我有没有被扣点？罚单上只写着要我交钱，否则驾照被吊销，没有
说扣我多少点。是不是在纽约州如果罚单上不说扣点，就是不扣点？
2. 这个85的surcharge是每张罚单上都有的吗？从哪里能查到这种surcharge的标准？
我不能确定法院是不是把所有的数字都搞对了，因为我实在是对美国政府部门的办事能
力不放心。

为BA对所有的奖励票都收fuel surcharge+tax,但是AA只收tax.具体收多少surcharge是
从AA来的info.这个不用于美国国内的机票。
要收$300,被告知网上还没更新，以后在网上订international票也会要加上fuel
surcharge,但未知时间。所以建议还是抓紧把BA miles用了吧，要是网上能订票，并且

大部分出租司机还是诚实的，但确实有害群之马。
曼哈顿去JFK的flat fare$52是车费，需要额外交toll+税+附加费。
如果走了Tunnel，Toll需要你付。如果没走必然不需要（废话）。
没有SUV加价一说。
没有行李收费一说（除非放不下挂在车外）。
没有高额税费一说。（税不超过$2，Rush hour附加费4.5）
帮你开门，帮你推车，帮你装卸箱子，都是服务
每个大箱子最少给$1，重的多给。
但如果遇到一个坐在车上雷打不动的司机，不需要给小费。
另外注意Flat Fare只针对Yellow Cab有效，
Uber/Black Livery Car/Limo是不同的系统。

分开. HOME DELIVERY 一般是外包工送. HD 送TUE TO SAT. GND M-F. 俺这疙瘩
CONTRACTOR 很NICE, 没人时他会6PM 后再来一次(至少3RD ATTEPMT 那天). GND 那帮
拿铁饭碗的才不管你.
价钱都是按GND, 但HD 有个RESIDENTIAL SURCHARGE (2到3块), 有的偏僻的地方有
RURAL SURCHARGE 可达七八块.
在FEDEX SHIP MANAGER 里打LABEL 时DEFAULT 是做ADDRESS VALIDATION, 你如果选GND
但它查出是RESIDENTIAL 就不让你用GND, 你可以OVERRIDE 不让它做VALIDATION 就可
以用GND, 这包最最后就上了GND的TRUCK 由FEDEX自己的人DELIVER M-F. 但这
RESIDENTIAL SURCHARGE 最后会加到ACCOUNT里.

但是,必须指出的是像前面说的1000-2000的赔付保险不涨太多,以及你说的chip in了,
即使300都不私了是不对的.
根据麻省的规定,使用surcharge分数作为保费标准的保险公司都遵守DMV的policy:分有
经验和没经验司机两种,像我这样的经验司机,一个surcharge point增加保费15%, 所以
三个点就是多45%,三年后surcharge point自动每年减一, 六年全清, 一共就是180%.
另外,如果此前像我身家清白,code是99的还有17% discount也就没有了, 5年后才能回
到98 (7%),六年回到99.所以损失5X17%+10%. 所以走保险损失全加一起是275% of you

第三方去查证不需要授权信，因为校方已经授权National Student Clearinghouse（
NSC）发布有关学生学历学位的信息。比如说有个公司想查证某个职位申请人在履历上
的学位是否真实，公司的HR只要在NSC上登录并输入相关资料（学生的名字，大学名称
，等）就可以获得有关学位或学历的资料。NSC收取查证费用（大概是每个查证$9.9x）
，有些学校还要另外收取surcharge（这个surcharge最后是NSC返还给校方的）。你不
妨自己可以上那网站查证一下自己在米国的学历或学位，很容易的，至少可以不花钱查

了，明年的保费要暴涨，这个和很多人预期的一样，保费特别是原来就有保险的middle
class的保费要在2013年，也就是全面实施的一年爆发(最近两年只是pre-condition和
子女依靠父母年龄延长等小措施实行). 在健保问题上，的确存在两党互相作秀的成分
，共和党的确解决诚意也不足，但民主党把它弄的更糟。

了一会儿，发现一直跟着我们，就把车停了一下，停了有5/6秒，看看没动静就又开了

surcharge 和 court cost。请问这三项是什么意思呢？尤其是criminal surcharge，

听清她喊的什么，但是已经意识到不对头了。等我把车窗打开，想再问她以确认是不是
不能过，她已经不见踪影了。
我这时车朝南停在路中央，左边是校车朝北，记忆中，右边有一辆朝南的车parking在
路边。我当时想，我这样停在那里的话，就完全把路堵了；我后退的话，在马路上能倒
车吗？忧郁了一下，我还是小心的慢慢的朝前开过去了。

发帖数: 758 | 45 哦，还有，德州，一年内4次违章，两年内7次违章，驾照会被吊销，官方的规定。
扣分制度，普通的违章扣2分，造成事故伤害的扣3分，累计到6分会有surcharge，base
是100刀每年，每加一分25刀，surcharge会导致驾照被吊销，也会影响你renew驾照。
这个违章记录貌似一直在你的driving record里的，只是3年内如果累计到一定的程度
，如上面的，会有相应的惩罚。不是什么90天内，就可以消掉。
还有，一旦直接交钱就是认罪，你认罪了，就不可以就以前的违章辩护，有效期，德州
是21天，切记，切记。
自己的事情，一定不能存在侥幸心理啊，吃一堑，希望能长一智。 |

但是各小法庭的标准不一，且有court surcharge：

着急找厕所，也在单子上写上了这条原因，寄到指定的法庭。几天后收到正式罚单，$
170(fine) +$93(surcharge)，一共263刀。不知道surcharge是什么费用。
正式罚单就一张白色B5纸，没有title，应当也不是notice plea, 写了due date,罚金
数，过期多交多少罚金，还有一句话，“Please make certified checks and money
orders payable to ** court”，这是说可以用certified check 或者money order 交
罚款吗，那个and 是or的意思吗？而且这句话下面还让填写信用卡信息，什么卡号，持
有人，过期日，character code等等。既然用支票或money order 交罚款，还要提供信
用卡信息是什么意思，character code是卡背面的三位数字吗？
