下面是一个fedex的bill:
base: 16.88
discount: -7.26
residential: 2.8
fuel: 1.14
DAS: 2.75
fuel surcharge rate=1.14/(16.88-7.26+2.8+2.75)=7.5% (没错，4月份至少有一个
zone是7.5%)
假设给用户37% off. discount就是$6.2456=16.88*0.37. 如果其他surcharge和fedex
一样，收取用户费用=16.88-6.2456+2.8+2.75+1.14=$17.32
但是套用公式：
1.14/(16.88-6.2456+2.8+2.75)=0.07.也就是7%
如果用fuel surcharge rate理论计算,就变成了fuel charge成为未知数。
x/(16.88-6.2456+2.8+2.75)=0.075, x=$1.2138
这样，收取用户费用=16.88-6.2456+2.8+2.75+1.2138=$17.40

postage基础上再charge的，我一般重量都写的差不多，结果rated之后变得那么重，这
些肯定不是package size的问题，因为没有额外套盒子；也不会是距离的问题，只会更
近不会更远。 我说怎么10天就花了两千多postage。

下面两个典型：
一个台式机，准确重量应该在40lb左右

surcharge, reconciled discount吧。discount这个我明白。base rate和fuel
surcharge也需要reconciled?
如果你们帐号的fuel surchaege rate是7.5%，用户的fuel surcharge rate算出来也是
7.5%，那你们肯定是用了公式重算。如果你们的fuel surchaege rate是7.5%，用户的
fuel surcharge rate算出来也是7.0%或者更低，那可能就是我写的第一种简单算法.
我一个建议：要么公布你们的运费计算公式，要么你在系统里面把你们自己的base
rate,fuel surcharge等和给用户的一同贴出来。
不然我确实要被绕进去了。

如果你有良好的历史，有很低的投保价格（责任险低于500/年，全险低于1000/年），
那么我建议你宁可多出钱，也要免单，如果不能免单至少要免点。
如果点数不高，2点，自己上庭就可以去点。但是要免单（取消罚单），那就必须请律
师。免单的好处是，保险公司不会接到任何你交通违章的记录，也就谈不上涨钱。免点
就不同了，保险公司仍然会收到你违章的记录，只不过这个记录上没有点数，这种情况
下一样会涨价，只不过不如“记点违章”涨得多。
不同的州，处理超速的时候，情形迥异。下面举例说明：
警察出庭。
以前在很多州，只要出庭的时候警察没来，超速罚单十有八九就被dismissed了。这种
情况在以加州为代表的西部很普遍。但是在东部地区基本行不通，每天超速罚单好几百
（/庭），没有一个警察会出庭。这好几百个罚单没有一张会因为警察的缺席就取消掉。
法律秘书的庭前调解。
我们这里的政策是：交钱从宽，不交钱从严。法律秘书都会在开庭前找你谈话，一般是
找几个违章情况相似的人同时谈话。他会问，你选择是承认有罪+记点+交罚款+今后涨
