* Dzul-Ha/Money Bar
* Playa Uvas
* Chankanaab
* Playa Corona
这几个地方连成一片，就在西海岸中部。每个都是离岸不远就有美丽的珊瑚群以及种类
繁多的热带鱼，真就像进了水族馆的大鱼缸里一样。头埋下去就进入一个奇妙的海洋生
物世界，怎么也看不够！
其实西岸沿线还有很多Playa （beach club，海边的小酒馆，有阳伞，躺椅，淋浴和保
险柜），估计都不差。以后再去会一个个都走到。
本来就是不会做文章想看图说话的，那就上图吧。
再唐几句浮潜的注意事项：
第一就是防晒！以前老公就有过浮潜被晒伤的惨痛经历，这次特地穿了t-shirt下水，
背倒是没事儿，可是小腿和脚腕这些常暴露在水面的地方还是被晒到。而我不幸第一次
遭遇sunburn，浮潜第一个半天下来就被晒成龙虾，痛到行坐起卧都困难。不过那也拦
不住我天天往海里跳：）防晒涂得更仔细一点而已。其实是我们太贪心，下去一两个钟
头也不肯上来，SPF70也不管用啊。

for me, definitely colder than a regular 85F swimming pool but not much
colder.
you can even get wet suit to keep warm, or at least snorkeling suit that

UVA不会引起sunburn，但会导致皮肤老化；UVA会快速引起皮肤变黑，UVB的速度慢些。
现有的SPF系统只针对UVB,所以不像变黑的mm买Sun Screen要买含有titanium dioxide
的,which can block UVA as well。
可以google soda lime glass的transmission图，就知道玻璃在不同波段的隔离系数了

降温才缓过来（早上浇过水）。关水后过半小时又躺下去了，赶紧又浇了一个多小时。
过去从来没发生过要抢救这么久的。有个西红柿出现了sunburn。
最高温度100多！阳光下更是毒热。
