。katyisd.org上面只有总的情况，没有具体campus的数据，所以也不知道HAR上面的可

SUGARLAND和CINCO Ranch 合适价位的房子，都离高压线有点进，最远的也就七八百米
，近的也就10米。
特别是CINCO RANCH正在开发的区视野范围内总有铁塔的高压线，长期会对人的健康还
有将来卖房子有影响吗？ |

发帖数: 112 | 8 主要是白人。实际上，bridgeland的房子在cypress是属于比较贵的。
优点：
- 建成后会和woodlands一样大。规划比较齐全。到时候，社区啥都有。包括town
center,mall呀。
- 99会对窜bridgeland。 I10到290的99段今年就修，预计2012年就修好了。到时候，去
energy corridor会很方便。去downtown也可以选择I10或者290.
- 外部环境还行。这点比katy，sugarland强
缺点主要是社区刚开始。至少需要二十年才能修好。这个和woodlands一样。回到20年
前，
woodlands房子也不好卖。
不过，要在cypress买房，还可以看一下，
- cypress creek lake. 在Fry的另一侧。房子稍微便宜点。
- Fairfield，在290的另一侧。就在houston premium outlets后面。不过快build out
了。房子也比bridgeland稍便宜。学校很不错。
- town lake. 在barker cypress 的西面， 290南面。cypress 最新的 maste |

我的接送不求最便宜，但求安全、准时、舒适和热情。
大体上，我按照 0.35元/Mile，来回程算，再加上我的人工钱 $10/小时。
从中国城去 IAH机场 $45, 如果从 Sugarland 走 $55，从 Katy 走 $60，因
为路远点，时间也长点，
如果多加一个人，就酌情多加5元，应该也是可以理解的吧，毕竟会多耗油嘛。
（医疗中心另算，因为医疗中心从距离上算近点，但我从中国城出发来算，划不来，敬
请见谅）
如果接送的过程，有需要等待的，按$10/小时 计算

and Unacceptable.
Anyway, most famous good schools in Houston area are "Recognized", not "
Exemplary", like Bellarie (Houston), Clements (Sugarland). So don't worry.

loop里，但是loop里的房子基本上都不便宜。二十万左右比较好的neighborhood我能想
到的就是Clear Lake, Katy和Sugarland（要20万以内，估计这三个地方都只能买比较
小的了）。但这三个地方离medical center都不近。Pearl Land的房子要担心淹水问题
，所以不推荐。 |

将来初中，高中都是在crosscreek ranch那边，会和north westheimer lake,cross
creek ranch在一起，那边再往西就不是katy了。个人建议可以看看99以内3年新的房子
或去sugarland。 |
