其实是对美俄两国有利，因为这两国产油成本高，如果油价高的话，反而

所以油价高的时候，OPEC也就只能眼巴巴的看着，反而卖不出去油，因为
美俄，南美，甚至中国都开始大量用自己产的油。OPEC的市场占有率持续
降低。所以OPEC现在反而希望油价下降。

他要是包了dental, optical的好PPO, 一家4口上3000不奇怪。
btw, 你的保险prem够便宜的。 我们州最差的满足obamacare的essential都要320一个
月， 基本什么都不管。
