I guess you can not use the hint directly, for example when \lambda_n = 2^n
for all n, you just can not find a subsequence such that ES_{n_{k+1})/ES_{n
_k} converges to 1.
You can do the following to `expand' the sequence to make sure that each X_n
has a small \lambda_n: if \lambda_n>1, let X_n = X_{n,1}+X_{n,2}+...+X_{n,
k}, where each X_{n,i} is a Poisson r.v. with \lambda<1. You can now replace
X_n by this sequence.

音樂），和美國的馬丁路德金（曾被美國右派斥責掀動種族衝突）。
尤其是美國的馬丁路德金，當初在美國是毀（右派）譽（其他人）參半，現在卻是公認
的英雄。我想劉曉波的足跡大概也會如此吧。

被中国的同事、同学甚至朋友因为我对中国及其文化的见解而嗤之以鼻。“你是个老外
。你不懂！”
每次我听到这句话，我就感觉要像南方公园里的那些人，他们被新泽西州海岸的奇风异
俗困扰不已，愤而反抗而不是被“这就是新泽西”这种不合理不正常的解释而糊弄。
我不认为谈到中国就需要什么特别的资格或专业知识。尽管我花了七年的时间深入研究
语言，文学，戏剧和电影，还是承认我的洞察力远远不够。我放弃了继续提高的我的中
文口语，因为我被太多使用双语的外国人或中国人打击到了，他们一直坚持把这个作为
工作技能。我也没有继续阅读中文小说了，因为最喜欢的作家没有新的作品。太多的表
演糟糕、老拿“问题”做文章却在真正的问题前止步的片子让我放弃了国产电影，中国
电影为了国内票房开始惟利是图。
但是，我对电影热情不减，我还是保持乐观的，不会完全不闻不问，有朋友推荐的话还
是愿意看一部中国电影。《让子弹飞》是著名导演姜文的作品，他的作品我还在大学的
时候就很喜欢，包括《鬼子来了》和《阳光灿烂的日子》，我觉得这是中国电影目前视

再给你扫个盲，“人均预期寿命”是指人出生时平均可存活的年数。是向前预期的。
1950年的人均预期寿命是指向1950年以后的，这和1949年前的内战没关系了。
就算把1950年后阵亡人数最多的朝鲜战争算上，由于战场不在中国，以中国的人口基数来看，这样的阵亡人数（就算为百万数量级）也不足以使人均预期寿命发生很多变化。
不过这需要统计学知识，我对你能否理解表示怀疑

前两年诺贝尔和平奖，不论是戈尔，还是obama，国际上各大媒体
都有非常明显的争议性。
只有这次刘晓波，国际上各大媒体，不论左右，conservative还是liberal
一边倒的祝贺刘晓波骂TG，貌似从来没有那么一致过。
说老实话，我本来以为以TG这些年存的那么多外汇储备，收买一两
个所谓“国际友人”，一两个有点影响外国媒体骂骂诺贝尔委员会，
应该还是做得到的，但是到现在都一个多礼拜了，只有一个从来没有
听说过的什么“挪威教授”，还有个美国老年愤青在自己blog的博文
里面指责诺贝尔（人家即使指责诺贝，也没有说TG一个好字），TG喉舌
为了增强影响力，仍是造谣给人家戴了个“CNN VP”的头衔，贻笑大方
难怪啊，菌斑EUV等几个著名五毛这个礼拜都发疯了。
