millions of houses have been framed when it rains, especially in south, it
takes a week to frame a house, three days to roof in, there are good chance
house will be soaked with water before roof is put in. |

Also, pool water need to be balanced, PH, stabilizer, hardness and
Alkalinity need to be maintained at optimal level in order for chlorine to
be most effective
这么严重还是换水算了，去homedepot租submerged pump，管子直接接到sewer里面
重新放水，加药，balance and keep the pump running long enough.

才工作，自动不能工作，也不知道是什么原因。 每次用棍子戳一下将水打出去，但很
快水位就又升上来了，这样周而复始。 我觉得也许是因为我家地下室的water table
水位低，所以水总是打不完，这样一来泵一直工作就坏了，变得只能手动启动泵。
想买一个新泵装上，不知大家有没有好的（submerged type）sump pump推荐。 另外买
来后能自己装上吗？ 难度大吗? 需要请professional吗？ 大概安装费要多少？ |

爱学习，问他学钢琴不，答曰不学，问他学游泳不，答曰不学，气死我了，游泳是我逼
着去的。一开始怕得要死，去了一个多月好一点，但是还是不会Submerge或是跳水。我
们现在已经是Private了，要是Group更完蛋。现在夏天附近两家室内Heated的Swimming
Class，都报满了，我跟管事的人说了，要求每周多加一次课还一直在Waiting List上
，我希望等开学了也许人少了就好了。另外，室外的如果白天温度不上30摄氏度，基本
水会很凉，我们这里有Swimming Class的地方一般只上课，不对外开放，最多最多也就
是一周周日开放一天。我想要室内的原因有两个，一个是怕晒黑，一个是我自己可以教
一教，但是我有关节炎，凉水吃不消。按照楼上几位提到的，找了一个附近的Tennis
Club，有Heated Indoor Pool，交会员费就行，不过看网站上照片池子不是很大。打算
最近去参观一下再决定。另外很同意guanshui999说的，不练根本学不会，我小时候天

掉水里喝了两口水就再也不想去了，后来另一个组的老师看到就让我娃上一对一，说是
先消除他的心理障碍。我家的也是不敢把头埋水里，幸好我去的那个地方开得很久了，
老师很有经验，发现我娃对于Back float比较不抵触，所以干脆就让我娃先学Back
Float，先Confortable了，不害怕了，学起来就快了。我自己教就是从我小时候学的开
始，先要会Submerge，然后Float，然后加动作，最后学换气，这样对我娃根本不管用
，还是娃觉得怎么好怎么来。我们学得算慢了，因为一开始一周一次，我来版上问过，
这样何时才能学会，后来我们就改成一周两次一对一，周日我自己再带着玩两个小时，
现在学了半年，基本上会自己游了。
我们每周两到三次去游泳，发现还对娃的湿疹有作用，可能是那个游泳池的水里有各种

possible drowning after a man’s body was found submerged in an apartment
complex pool Thursday morning.
The 32-year-old man was found at the Rancho Villas Apartments on Rancho
Penasquitos Boulevard near Via del Sud about 8:20 a.m., the medical examiner
said. His name has not been released.
An autopsy will determine the cause of death.

This basket has no lid. Since it is big enough, submerging part of the
basket into water makes a lot of room to store fishes. Secure it by tying to
a stone or tree on the bank.

城里人已经改吃五谷杂粮了。
当新手钓到墙眼，钢头的的时候，
老家伙们却改钓太阳，破蛆了。
话说今年我们这里的湖是Walleye，Bass的大年，太阳鱼倒是久久没有出现。主要原因
是今年天气热的晚，鱼的产卵期迟了几个星期。虽然已是七月初，Sunfish仍然躲在
spwaning area. 既然你们不出来，我老只好上们去找啦。
独立节，我驱船在湖边寻找太阳鱼。不时抛出slip bobber rig到太阳鱼可能的排卵地
域 （under submerged trees and brush, in pockets of emerged plants, along
edge of bulrushes and cattails）。经过近俩小时的搜索，终于在一片铅笔草里（
bulrush，当地人称pencil weeds）有了一个bite，嘿，是一条9英寸的Pumpkinseed！
我用trolling motor将船悄悄驶进这片草里，5尺的水很清，清晰看到sunfish在游动。
有bluegills， pumpkinseeds，和较小的green sunfish.不 |
