我在大学工作，但不是做研究，只是普通的程序员STAFF。现在学校说不给办绿卡，急
着找外面的工作，在找工作的时候recruiter问我H1B的类别，说academic是不能
transfer到industrial的，需要在每年的4月1日再申请新的H1B。
还有一个问题是，如果我的H1B是academic，那么重新申请industrial的H1B，时间再怎
么算？是重新算6年还是前面的时间都要算上？

university. But there is nothing AF can do about it, at
least now. It seems AF now wants to do everything. Yes, AF
needs vision, but I think AF need more focus. AF has to
focus on one or two things based the amount of money it has.
(So, raising fund is the top priority and the most difficult
part. AFGB has been doing well compared to other China
universities.)

1) maximizing G(X,Y,Z) w.r.t Z (I can not diferientiate G(Z).)
