4days later, P1细胞confluent，开始subculture 到P2，split ratio 分别是1:10, 1
:30, 1:100, 1:300
10 days later, P2的1:10细胞也confluent，1:300细胞可以看到single colony，但是
比较密集不容易pick up。
我现在能不能用P2的1:10细胞再做一次1:100的subculture，等几天后看到比较分散的
colony后再做pick up? 这样是否相当于从P1开始1:1000 subculture？
但是另一个博后不赞同这样做，说这3周之中细胞已经transformed的很多，现在再做
subculture能拿到成功克隆的几率要比P1开始1：1000 subculture要小得多。请问大家
看法？
另外，同时做control的wt HEK293已经都死了。 |

说白了，骑车在美国是种subculture，是少数。不骑车的人往往不理解骑车的人，甚至
讨厌。骑车的文化中，又分更小的subculture，有人骑车为了锻炼，有人为了休闲，有
人为了比赛，有人为了通勤，有人为了耍酷。不幸的是有些人在一个subculture中不理
解甚至讨厌另一个subculture。一但你愿意去了解别人的文化，就会发现有很多有意思
的东西。
回到lz的问题。１通勤车大部分是有fender的。２说有挡泥板的车是超市车是错的。大
牌子如cannondale就生产有fender的通勤车。

虽然印度是被殖民的，但是印度因为有各种各样的subculture,并没有一个统一的标准
把国家削足适履，他们的精神方面的传承在近代就没有断过吧。
中国虽然政治上没有殖民，但是精神上反而完全被西化移植，只有一种声音了。
印度在19世纪20世纪开初就已经有精神方面的大师到欧美传道了，西方人谈论东方神秘
主义，更多的还是指印度的各种瑜伽（不单指身体训练，而是指要领悟世界的究竟真实
）。（当然中国的禅宗在西方也很富生命，但是缺乏当代的大师）。
中国能不能在那个时代（1920年代）找到代表人物可以媲美比如Yogananda的？他27岁
到美国传教，吸引了大批的西方follower。

20年代中国出国的人是干什么去的，是搞文凭，学习技术去的。当时并没有什么真正有
