最近在研究Membership Rewards的用法。意大利航空好像是一个比较冷门的选择，之前
也没看到有什么中文帖子，所以想做下整理。
读了Gary和Lucky的博客，摘录了一些有用的信息：
1.美国到中国(South East Asia Zone)所需的里程：经济舱70k, 商务舱只要95k,不过
燃油附加费可能不便宜。Lucky举例洛杉矶到广州的AirBus 380, 商务舱为95k +321刀
燃油附加费；
2.Alitalia是Skyteam的成员，其他成员还包括有Delta, China Airlines, China
Eastern Airlines, China Southern Aielines, Korea Airlines等等；
3.他家的里程积累非常奇葩，每年累计的里程在年末就截止了，到第二年的6.30之后就
forfeit了，所以转他家的里程应该现用现兑；

具体学画画的部分，可能超出孩子能力了，孩子沮丧也不奇怪。其实让孩子随便怎么画
都可以了。不用费按照大人觉得像的标准去衡量的。
FRUSTRATION大人也时常会有。这么大的孩子，不太能够要求她不要FRUSTRATED。孩子沮
丧的时候，说些理解安慰的话效果更好，譬如MOMMY KNOWS that you feel really fru
strated. 给个HUG。说没事，回头一定可以做好的。等情绪好了再说服。如果已经情绪
失控了再教训，效果是很差的。

文，证明authorship 不必需要要citation。（当然有citation 肯定是极好的旁证。）
也就是说，citation 少或者没有的publication，应该动脑筋从其它方面证明
authorship，不用citation 一条死撑。
最近公布的最高法庭判列就证明了citation 不必须。（google： Kazarian vs USCIS

2001年到2003年经常跑步，每周15mile左右，最长8mile，参加过一些5k和10k race，最
好成绩是5k 26分钟，10k 54分多。后来因为一些原因骤然停下来。虽然期间多次想重新
pick up，最长也坚持过一个月左右，但是因为总是想着从前跑起来多轻松，很容易fra
strated，加上一些小的身体不适或者其他原因，就放弃了。直接结果就是体重在4年长
了40lb，ft，都不好意思说。最近终于被迫下了决心，从今年下半年开始锻炼减肥，所
有跑步开始就是减肥手段之一。最开始时候不敢一下就跑，怕体重太大，膝盖承受不了
，而且长期没有系统锻炼健身，其他器官机能也不好一下就受到这么大挑战。所有就开
始游泳，游泳不锻炼4年终还是时常去游，有时一两周一次，有时候一周两三次，只不过
都是随便悠游，半小时到一小时而已。从下决心后，7月到8月中，每周4到5次，大多数
都是比较长距离的，每次2000yard以上，因为时间关系，也就1小时左右。周末会去打打
球，羽毛球网球什么的，也偶尔跑步，2-3mile，非常辛苦，目的为了增加身体适应性。
期间体重减了4，5lb，到8月底开始 |

i asked the question because i had almost exact situation the other day.
flop nut flush and the early position guy bet into me and i slow played and
call until the river and raised him allin he called because he flopped the
smaller flush and i was lucky because there were no board pairing or 4 card
flush so i know i had nuts all the way.
But after the hand, i think my play is absolutely wrong. if vilion has set,

my first manager (white kid from NH) was a west point grad, did his 4 years
