有一端曾经用Adjustable Multi-Purpose Strap 固定在写字台侧面
不过后来也不知道是时间长了老化了，还是孩子力气大了时不时去推一下给弄开了，

(顺便靠一下,妈的sports authority卖四十+tax,官网只卖35,亏了...)
它那个长的sleeve是在整个护膝侧面有个长条的宽大概2公分厚大概一公分的保护条
然后膝盖头两侧有两个根据膝盖形状设计的更厚些的类似海绵或者弹力橡胶的保护垫
之后外面是一个分叉到膝盖上下的strap
好处就是sleeve本身可以不用绷太紧以至于影响活动,然后strap可以紧一些把膝盖下的
软骨固定住,这样你每次弹跳发力时那块骨头受到的冲击会减小(因为本来已经被固定紧贴
要发生冲击的部分)
另外护膝包裹的部分温度会高些,似乎也对膝盖有好处
我对运动医学完全不懂,所以也解释不清
但实际上戴护膝跟不带护膝,我自己的经验而言有非常大的差别
我现在已经到了不戴护膝打pickup game一小时一定会疼到不能打下去的程度
没办法,虽然岁数在版上不算大,但运动强度跟mileage不小,而且体重太大了:( |

platform pedal with toe clips and toe straps。这样既不会像wuyan同学说的那样
下坡踩空，又可以适应road cycling。
我一般天天都commute by hybrid bike,可是还是觉得至少要骑个几百mile才能适应
road bike。当然我是属于超级没天分那种。如果一上来就让我上锁鞋，我恐怕今天就

一般新手锁鞋摔是因为停下之后忘了解锁了，不会特别严重。没有锁鞋，如果是用

其实8月底开始就有点不舒服了，9月一直没怎么练力量，有所好转，不怎么疼了。昨天
做push up，肘部的疼痛突然又回来了。我刚google了一下，应该是golfer's elbow，
症状非常典型，就是手肘内侧的关节处酸痛难忍，做extension的时候格外明显，有时
还能听到crack。
treatment好象主要是休息 冰敷和吃止痛片，网上有点辅助的拉伸训练，刚做了做，的
确有感觉，再就是建议用elbow straps。
不知道大家平时怎么做weights的？是不是都要用护肘？如果是的话，有没有什么讲究
？我打算去弄一对elbow strap来用，想听听大家的意见。。。谢谢！ |

Enhanced Elite .357 SIG使用的是手枪弹中不多的弹壳收口.357SIG子弹，完全不是常
说的9毫米。Enhanced Elite是SIG用来指有beavertail和E2握柄的枪。
.357SIG的弹容量一般和.40S&W一样，P229上是12发。
Beavertail对1911容易让击锤打到虎口的有用，SIG枪上是为了好看，少数人手过大握
枪会防止给击锤打到。front strap checking是增加摩擦力有助于在后坐中握住威力较
大的枪，accessory rail就是标准1913导轨/皮轨，可装灯或激光，也可以挂手枪用刺
刀，呵呵。
你提到的网页上卖的那支枪和你问的基本都没有关系，那是一把现在普通的P229(配E2
握柄)。

低端的Nitron 1911比Kimber Custom II重了3.6盎司---考虑到Kimber有full length
guide rail, 那个滑套增加的重量可想而知。
finish, 我选的是stainleses + nitron， 灰不溜秋的不是很好看， 但似乎很禁用的
样子， 比普通发蓝要耐久一些。
front & rear strap很扎手， 拿着很不舒服。 rear strap可以换， 但front不能，
也许换个hogue grip能解决这问题。 |
