considering: the people who orientate the antenna on the receiving stations,
and the people who loaded up the spaceship with supplies.

So it looks like a combination of system design deficiency, coupled with
workers hacking the system caused signaling error, and controller not
actively confirming with the drivers on what the signal lights are showing
that caused the accident.
I wonder when the controller talk with one driver, does every other driver
