强硬声明，当着中共外长王毅的面打脸，表示对中共（没点名）的举止有“serious
concerns”，敦促中共按文明法则办事（这措辞一听就一股新加坡味）。
还好东盟有十国，柬埔寨够（肯）哥（叼）们（盘），内部大闹。东盟几小时后撤回声
明，可能无法产生最后的一致声明。现在仍在闭门争吵中。结果也许是柬埔寨自家发一
个声明，其他九国各发各的。不管如何，对中共而言，比最早的东盟统一声明要好听点
。算是伟大外交胜利也可以。
对了，这次苦主是菲律宾，挑头的是新加坡，助攻是越南、印尼、马来、文莱、缅甸、
泰国。老挝打酱油。柬埔寨孤身奋战，就是不签字.

减少。”美媒2月20日的报道如是说。
根据马来西亚最大的独立智库机构 —— 亚洲策略与领导研究院(Asian Strategy
and Leadership Institute，ASLI)的统计数字，如果该国目前的外向移民趋势不变的
话，到2030年，马来西亚华人占全国人口的比例将从1957年的38.2%下降到19.6%。
为何？
说起马来西亚华人的境遇，马六甲市皇冠酒店华人经理周先生摇头叹气地说：“混
得好的华人都移民去新加坡喽。我们给这个国家做出了很大的贡献，得到的回报却不成
比例，本来可以更好的。”
周先生的话印证了“亚洲策略与领导研究院”的另一个统计数据，该统计显示，造
成华人人口比例下降的最主要原因是外向移民，其中，超过57%的马来西亚华人选择的
移民目的地是新加坡，其次是澳大利亚。

Carl Vinson CVN70）通过印尼巽他海峡（Sunda Strait）北端的图片。
卡尔文森号通过的海域，大约靠近苏门答腊（Sumatra）与爪哇岛（Java）附近，距离
韩国大约3500哩，华府与美军太平洋司令部的官员，都不愿评论卡尔文森号的动向，也

新马高铁项目从提出到立项经历了近十年时间，两国最终于2016年12月在吉隆坡签署了
共建协议。据悉，在这条计划造价为170亿美元的高铁线路中，大约90%的路段在马来西
亚境内。铁路修通后，新加坡与吉隆坡之间的通勤时间将由原来的近5个小时缩短至90
分钟。
项目于去年12月20日开始招标，截止到今年4月前，已有来自中国、日本、韩国及欧洲
的6家投标者递交了设计方案，新马两国原定于今年年底确定中标企业。
马哈蒂尔向路透社表示，“取消这一项目是我们的最终决定，但是，我们还需要一些时
