mostly TA-based. The FA of Wall St. banks reveals all sorts of problems:
1. Survive on Fed's cheap money life support.
2. Repo105 gimmicks all over the place.
3. Hide their loss thanks to FASB accounting hacks.
Each one is a show stopper. Put altogether it's strike 3 your investment
be wasted, which is why I always recommend staying away from them. Not

2x和3xETF 的科普
首先fund和equity stock不同。一般公司的股票有发行数目限制，交易是指二级市场交
易者之间的交易，所以股票可以有很多基本面分析。fund则是投资者把钱投到某个fund
里，然后这个fund用你的钱买进一揽子股票或者一些指数，因为fund的规模远比市场规
模小，所以可以认为总是可以买到的。etf一般是那种构成比较固定，操作比较简单，
所谓passive invest的，例如指数etf。
leveraged fund是怎么回事呢？说白了就是你出一份钱，etf给你100%或者200%的
margin，买卖相应的股票或者指数。如果是long指数的，那就是你出一份指数的钱，
etf给你配成两份或者三分，盈亏都由你承担。etf在这个过程当中除了一些手续费不赚
钱也不赔钱。
那这样的etf是干什么用的呢？是给你trading和hedging用的。例如你有50万股c和30万
股bac要在某天出手，当然不可能在一个时刻出手，而是要慢慢出手，但又怕市场上突
然有什么消息让整个金融市场有很大的波动，特别是向下的波动，那你就先买进一点反

最近一些复杂的人际关系（非技术方面）的因素让我非常头疼，不知如何应付。
今年继续去年做两个项目。一个项目进行的很好。另一个比较头疼的项目头是个美国
胖妞A，入职5－6年的样子，第一次做team lead，去年也是项目的第一年。总是和她合

也不能配合她的要求去隐瞒。必须得对她明说你的道德标准不能允许自己违背公司利益
，配合她隐瞒对项目不利的数据。这些交流口头无效的话要用email, 需要她书面回复
。写到perf review里去。而且要与manager沟通。
如果你退缩了，同意隐瞒这一结果，以后就只能她说什么就是什么了。 |

最近马上要close escrow，之前inspection的时候出了一个报告，里面提到一些问题，
貌似不是大问题，但是还是想和各位来确认一下。
第一个是空调部分：
Damaged relay wire at one compressor. Flashing at the freon line is not
sealed at the piping.
第二部分是窗户：
Broken/loose spring noted on the window frame. This is a possible safety
concern as the spring holds the window in the open position.
第三个是浴室部分：
Tub Faucet Stopper is disconnected.
主要是这三个，想请教一下这三个问题如果修起来大概需要多少钱？尤其是第三个，指
的是浴缸的放水有问题吗？
还有就是哪位有不错的handyman可推荐吗？

negotiation过程中就各种极品。比如非要让我们给他买两年 structural warranty ，
被我们拒绝后，缠着我们agent从7点半讲到10点半，以我们agent实在受不了于是自己
出$500给他买一年普通的warranty告终
之后亲自来我家按门铃，自我介绍为future owner，跟我家领导详谈，还说如果我们以
后回明州，欢迎回来住，这里永远是我们的家。。。
一周前inspection, 之后打电话给我们agent说没有什么大问题，这房子他要了，但是
却迟迟不肯发任何书面的confirmation,而是约我们agent来我家再见一次面，拿出了长
达50页的inspection报告，除了三个问题我觉得还有道理，其他都是什么air filer 需
要换了，water exchanger里面盐该加了，门上少了个rubber stopper, 甚至包括我们
留给他的落地窗帘下面有两个大概0.5cm的洞。。。我们回答说有些我们可以修，但是

移民办h签证都是非常尽力卖力 总部在德国每年也有机会去德国总部转转啥的 感觉就
是a big fish in a small pond的感觉
新公司是大药厂 比现在的小公司大的不是一倍两倍 所以感觉就是环境很不错平台也很
大 但是并不是那种非常器重非常重点培养的那种感觉
不知道这么说你能明白我们的纠结吗……
另外说实话我们之前的邻居就是去年搬去nj中部 她告诉我宾州nj没有太大的差别在教
育水平医疗环境 并不存在ls那个mm说的什么那么不堪的环境。。。

Police say it happened around 8 p.m. Thursday on the 7 train platform at the
