我没看完，但看到你说找psychiatrist我觉得不实际．精神科医生是看精神病为主的，
而且通常需要开药，在行为认知治疗或我们说的talk therapy训练反而没有clinician
多．
我觉得不管什么therapist，最好找有很多临床经验的couple therapist. 就是专门做
夫妻关系治疗的．通常科学比较有把握的是行为认知治疗．cognitive behavioral
therapy.
你也可以自己看看 Gottman 写的marriage clinic. 就是教人家怎么做couple therapy
的．里面有很多资料自己可以照着做．
但couple therapy很大程度是要双方愿意挽回才有效．要不然即使找神灵也帮不了忙啊．
有几点是对婚姻最致命，大概是criticism, defensiveness, contempt and
stonewalling. Gottman称之为 Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse．我看你老公最起

从小我其实就比较向往西方文化，爱看名著。最向往的是这里的人的自主独立，各管各
，对人都比较尊重，不会随便去打听别人生活或者抨击别人生活，not judgmental。言
论自由，每个人都能有每个人的看法，而不是政府告诉你你要相信什么，像我们以前的
政治课那样。同样的女性的地位也比较高。这些是来美国之前对美国的看法。
来了美国以后我坚定了喜爱这个国家的想法，因为在这里我感受到了言论自由，思想自
由，决定自由。而且美国可以拥枪，从思想形态上给了国民真正的自由，一种政府无久
远、水能载舟亦能覆舟的概念。我作为一个亚裔女性，刚来美国的头几年里没有感受过

英国跳水金童戴利正式出柜：

新浪体育讯 北京时间12月2日消息，在今天的一段访谈中，英国跳水名将戴利[微博]
宣布出柜。
19岁的戴利在Youtube的访谈节目里，公开表示：“今年春天我遇到了一个人，他改变
了我的生活。我感到快乐而有安全感。那个人，是个男的。”
“刚开始我自己也觉得很吃惊。不过我脑中一直认为，这种事会发生的。”
“直到今天春天，它真的发生了！我感觉很棒，我的整个世界都改变了！”
他还说：“我现在依然喜欢女孩，但是现在正在和男人约会，我感觉不能更开心了。”
戴利长相英俊，被誉为英国跳水金童，近几年一直是中国跳水队的主要对手，他曾夺得
09年世锦赛男子十米台冠军，去年在伦敦奥运会上获得了铜牌。
在《Heat》杂志进行的评选活动中，戴利从101名候选人中脱颖而出，甚至击败了人气
一直很旺的贝克汉姆[微博]，成为2013年最性感健美的男性。
