发帖数: 2995 | 8 我的钓鱼强度不算高。那个轮子其实smoothness倒是没有什么影响，但是我可能太挑剔
了，难以忍受一丁点的gear noise，所以还是坚持送回去换了齿轮，零件很便宜，至于
原因我也实在难以确定到底是钓出来的还是不小心摔过了。一般情况下只要在stitch与
do nothing呈现的时候感觉不到轮子的震动以及顺滑度仍旧可以就不影响使用。我倒是基本没有遇到过bail的问题。
现在的轮子加工精密度实在太高了，带来的一个侧面问题就是durability,一丁点什么
零件的形变或者松掉马上就会反映出来，以前的轮子密合度没有那么好，反而没有那么
多容易察觉的毛病。我一个02版的Ultegra现在还在用，礁石上摔过，海水用过，没有
任何毛病，呵呵。 |

发帖数: 18705 | 9 有人说毛鸡哥是冷水杀器，此言不虚。但是，毛鸡哥可以一年四季的用，为什么冬天里
可以用而夏天不能用呢？没有这个道理。毛鸡哥是运作很慢的饵，几乎同活饵相似，水
温较高时，鱼比较活跃，用毛鸡哥就显得不合调子了，并不是说它不能上鱼，它只是退
居二线而已。毛鸡哥可以用挂件，也可以不用挂件，这个是个人信心问题。我个人就喜
欢用挂件，当然塑料的挂件比较方便。毛鸡哥的挂件要选体型瘦长的，胖的挂件会把毛
发撑开显得齿牙咧嘴不好看，影响对鱼的吸引力。最好搭配是形象恶劣的猪皮（Pork，
Uncle Josh），这种泡在防腐高盐溶剂里的猪皮很不好打理，同一瓶子里，每块猪皮的
软硬不一样。我把猪皮都事先加工，厚的切薄，硬的就用刀刮软，体积大的就切小，凸
出上钩子的地方要撮个小洞。碰过猪皮的手千万不要去揉眼睛，立马叫你内牛满面。猪
皮不用马上要取下放回瓶子里，干了就不好处理了。
使用毛鸡哥同普通鸡哥没啥不同，上手下手竿轮都可以。我个人就是7尺长Medium/
Medium Heavy，Extra Fast Tip，10-15磅地碳线，上手快轮。饵抛出去之后，就是等

大，按照我的理论，不管钓得到钓不到，都要找顶风的地方玩饵。一个小时没有咬口，
Down Size，Slow Down，注意力集中，Put Myself In The Zone。。。就是脑子基本空
白，轮线饵三位一体，用缝针收线法--Stitching Retrival，就是转一圈轮子要30秒到一分钟左右，Painfully Slow，来了一条今天最大的鱼，19寸。总共四条鱼，14，16，18寸。2条鸡
哥中得，2条Tube中得。Overall，It Is A Tough Day。回家的路上碰到其他渔民，空

头士兵真的非常好，Looks Stupid，但是比传统的Spinngerbait好用，关键在于搭配。
这需要对Spinnerbait有一定深度的理解加实战经验。真正的大杀器，都是板上或是网
上说的不多的，又存在在大家周围的一些普通的东西。神马高度仿真，神马东瀛金贵器
械都是浮云，对心理上有帮助，OK，那就用吧，钓鱼就是个信心问题。比方说，超过
Avid系列的杆子，都没啥具体的实际作用，除非，你肯定知道莫种Presentation符合你
的钓鱼风格饵料的Presention是Perfect Match。像PM这种东西，绝对不能用重鸡哥或
是重锤，因此它就是个近距离的Finesse小饵，这种东西在大不留水库被抽得满地找牙
几里地是肯定的。关于冷水钓鱼的那种慢，并不是每个人都能做到的，我也不是每次都
能做到，这要求人的精神状态高度集中，一种忘我入禅的境地，In The Zone！同时体
能上也要在很好的状态，没有尿急，肚饿，口渴，心焦，等等那种状况。这种叫

It shoots great. After the first shooting range visit with it, I bought a
shoulder pad immediately.
The recoil is rough, but I think all average men can handle it.
BTW, two of my friends had accident with 30-06 before. One had damaged his
glasses, the other one had 11 stitches around eye. Both were hit by the

Chip Time 4:04:10， 没有到达及格成绩啊。。。
历史：
从去年感恩节早上的4麦开始跑，到今年3月一号跑了半马，跑完很high，觉得能继续跑
下去，但事实上是受伤严重，停跑2个月，之后慢慢跑起，从8月份开始认真训练起来，
（受到版上兄弟姐妹的夸奖，对我是个鼓励，再次一并谢过！），最快的一次８分的速
度跑了８麦多，有些silly confidence...
说几个教训吧：
１。没有对26.2充满足够的敬佩，训练中跑过一次20麦，速度9:15，当时跑完觉得还能
继续跑，还有一次21mile多，速度9分30多，跑完很累，昨天晚上还在想自己要跑多快
，想着肯定能进4hour，最后告诉自己pace9分。其实版上几个兄弟都提醒过我，如果平
时ong run用尽全力，race时不能期望过高，我没有听，在今天这种hillly的情况下，
死的很惨。
２。side stitch，之前long run有过这个问题，往往是由于喝水或开始跑得太快造成
的，结果今天从10麦开始就阴魂不散，直到跑完，感觉开始跑得太快，尤其是上下起伏

铁人？我怎么觉得这一周比训练的时候更难，更需要交流啊。。。
说说我自己：
1。今天是比赛完的第五天，昨天走路基本没什么问题，今天就去recovery一下，结果
发现大腿后侧，button有些痛啊，shin也有一点痛，我之前都以为能走肯定能跑。。。
而且side stitch又是阴魂不散，中间走了不少，不过到最后好像好了些。
2。上火，2年没有这么严重了，嘴巴肿得同学说是向被谁打了一拳,好像还抽得脸有些
疼。。。
3。困，没有耐心，是不是把那点耐心都交给了那最后的6麦了？睡很多，不过晚上9点
就困，昨天逛街半个小时就厌烦回家，晚上写holiday card写了一半竟然有些恶心，真
是中邪了。。。
4。很能吃，而且饿了就要马上要吃那样，很恐怖。。。
5。装淑女啊：昨天本来要去游泳，结果有点小雨，就想着算了，别感冒了，想着2周前
可是雨中跑了10麦还很high啊。。。

我还在disneyworld，上网不太方便。周末一定写一个图文并茂，长长
的race report！
我和LD状态都很好，谁也没跑伤，第二天就能到处溜达了，第三天就去
animal kingdom了。
比较遗憾的是比赛那天太冷了，从头到尾都没暖和过来。路上水站的水
里都有冰渣，每次经过水站要特别小心滑倒，因为泼在地上的水都立刻
结冰了。在这种情况下，我华丽丽的拉肚子了~~~>_<~~~
一共去了4次厕所。在冲过终点的一刻，我激动的想，这下终于可以在厕
所里想蹲多久蹲多久了~~~~
还有很多很有趣的经历。我们照了很多照片。每一个mile sign都照了一
张。第二天第三天还挂着金牌和micky，minnie，pluto，donald，goofy，
chip and dale, stitch and lilo, winnie the pooh，总之你能想的到的
disney character都照相了，带着米老鼠奖牌照的，非常神气！！！！

twitch。
随着年龄的增长，slow stitch也变多。你跑的越多，slow twitch越多。
太多了，而
且其他指标提升的同时，这个running economy自然会提高，所以个人观点是，我们没
有什么特别好
的短平快的方法来特别训练，只能依靠慢慢的积累。
气，氧气含量都
基本在正常水平，那么这个running economy实际上就能直接决定你到底能够跑多快。 |
