9月11日的Stifel Nicolaus Conference上RMTI可能会出一些利好消息。
从下周开始不断会有新的upgrades和price target.
远期可能的利好：
RMTI有可能被Amgen买走，网络上的传言不断，因为Amgen 22%的revenue来自于相关的
铁补充产品，而这个产品正要被RMTI的SFP淘汰掉，如果被其他公司买走，那股价30是
必须的吧。

在2020年IPO。
这家伙可是要上市啊，还别说，这种可能性真的很大，虽然说FF到现在还没有见到第三
辆量产车。
但有一些电动车品牌就连第一辆量产车都还没有见到的时候就已经上市了，所以这种可
能性还是有的。
另外还有一点，就是Stifel已经带了四五波儿投资人到FF进行了沟通，也有几个买家是
比较感兴趣的。
这么看来的话那老贾算是熬出头了啊，搞不好过段时间这个投资就就位了，等到2020年

导演股权调整 支付宝从此与雅虎再无关系
阿里巴巴集团对旗下公司支付宝的股权进行了调整，现在支付宝已经是一家完全由
国内企业全资控股的公司，和阿里的外资股东雅虎再无股权关系。这一消息在昨日凌晨
公布后，立即让雅虎的股价下跌7.28%。
昨日，支付宝公司发言人对本报回应称，股权变更是为了维护国家金融信息安全。
记者了解到，央行在去年颁布的管理办法对非金融机构内资绝对控股比例有相关要求，
而达到要求，也是支付宝顺利获得《支付业务许可证》 的前提。
神秘戏法让雅虎放手
昨日凌晨，雅虎提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件显示，阿里巴巴集团已经将在支
付宝的所有权转让给其董事局主席马云控股的国内公司“浙江阿里巴巴电子商务有限公
司”。
根据公开资料，雅虎持有阿里巴巴集团39%的股权，而还未上市、有着巨大空间的
淘宝和支付宝则是阿里巴巴旗下非常核心的资产，更被许多国外媒体形容为雅虎“最宝
贵的亚洲资产”。美国投资公司Stifel Nicolaus分析师丹·罗汉评论说，支付宝股权
变更“对雅虎不利，将显著增加马云的谈判筹码”。
