have you watch this video? PiDier posted it couple days ago. see the scene
at 3:00 which jump over the short bench from left to right and right to left
.
badminton/tt player use the first technique a lot around the net/table. I
think soccer player use the second technique. So I guess if one step could
help you reach the ball(in other word is in small court), use the first one.

做realtime RTPCR， 自己上网设计的引物如果用one step,竟然一点不能得到产物，但
如果仅用来做PCR，就可以得到很干净的条带。所以想在one step 里加random primer
来RT，但是好像很多kit都是只用gene 的primer来RT。不知有啥讲究。
