我现在的H1B是学校一类的non-profit机构，因为LD的原因想换工作。1月份的时候眼看
着2006年度那2万个给master以上学位用的 h1b就要用完了，心里本来已经没有希望了
，谁知道1月11号的时候，我以前的supervisor忽然打电话来，问我要不要倒他的公司
去给他帮忙，我告诉他我要办h1b，他一口就答应了，让我准备好材料拿给他签字。
截至1月3号h1b还有378个名额，基本上是按照每天减少100个的速度。我一看，找律师
肯定误事，所以自己跑倒网上去找资料，当下决定自己做。当时的本意是好歹先把h1b
办了，这样就不用2006年的10月以后的名额了，换工作限制少些。
timeline: 1月11日知道有offer; 12日连夜（星期四）准备好所有的表格，支持材料，
申请信； 13日（星期五）早上快件寄出；18日收到批准件。（至于这么快，我也吃惊

因为没有证据，所以我们就担心变成是she said, we said.
我们唯一的证据就是1年半来的COMPLAIN的信。

1. Talk to your boss to get his/her approval
2. Shop around for lawers and fees
3. Contact lawyer to confirm the "contract"
(you want him/her to help you with the process, and you will pay)
4. Draft a job description (advertisement) w/o HR or your boss
