第一次见到这么多松鼠，在一起行动，好吓人！一直在屋顶上奔来跑去，像疯了一样！
！！
试过用power wash gun驱赶它们，但是来得更欢~~~简直要崩溃了！
房子边上有四棵大树，春天trim过，没有搭着屋顶，但是它们都从fence直接飞上屋顶
或者树上。一点不夸张，是飞上去，像体操健将一样，速度超快！
在德州见到一两只松鼠算正常，但是十几只聚在一起行动，这是咋回事啊？？怎么驱赶
它们呢？？？

灶台是GE的玻璃smooth的，上周一个眼nob那里进水，短路了，当时板子下面闪着火化
，接着就冒黑烟了，然后只要开那个眼就如此。
今天，warranty的人来修，检查了一下说要pull out，但是拆的过程当中发现一侧的1/
3不到的地方被前屋主用了super glue，粘得死死的，加上台面是大理石的，他说没办
法，只能砸掉，换新的，因为硬取也会损坏台面。
中间我提议他能否从下面拆开修，因为我家的这个台面地下就是柜子，不是烤箱的那种
，他说不行。
付了钱以后他说会report给warranty公司，但是他们不大可能换新的，只能我自己... 阅读全帖 |

Diamond开始，HTC的录像就从来没有流畅过。

除了相机之外，HTC也都很不讲究，目前只剩下一个DNA还有的兴趣，真正全球通。但是
看到评阅说录像还是不流畅，我就想骂。
我想Stellar的相机其实和Galaxy3里的是一样的，故意压到3M，就像CPU也是故意把速

Re stellar: 多数老家具的椅子的确不是用来像沙发那样随意、舒适的去坐卧，因为这
是中国文化的一部分，中国家具设计原则是“尊严第一，舒适第二”、“以人文精神为
本”。中国人讲究坐有坐姿，它是尊严的象征，也和站如松、坐如钟的理念一致。但中
国的圈椅结构简单，结实、舒适、美观，也是两千年来被古今中外的家具设计师公认的
设计第一椅具。清末和民国的椅子也有很大变化，开始向舒适性转变。如果喜欢中国古
典老家具，可以选择一款圈椅或在民清时期的椅子中挑选自己喜欢的。
Re stellar: 老家具只要按正确的方法使用和保养，一般不会有大问题。因为中国家具
的卯榫结构是非常结实的。中国家具的卯榫结构已被联合国教科文组织列入人类非物质
文化遗产代表作名录。我家的家具都在使用，虽然多数已经超过百年的历史。由朋友总
是不敢坐、碰，我还开玩笑说：“放心吧，它们不是豆腐做的” 。我认为中国老家具
和其他艺术品最大的不同是：它是可以使用的艺术品。

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我
用的search engine is THE search engine everybody in this community uses today.
