No joke.. This happened to the Eagles vs the Chargers in San Diego in 2009
Every damn play on the Eagles last drive, the clock would run extra time off
, four seconds here, five seconds there etc
Seems to be a theme in San Diego
NFL reportedly is declining comment on the 18-second clock error before the
