中国同胞里对美国常见的两大误解是：首先美国是靠第二次世界大战发的横财才成为世
界头号强国的，第二个误解是美国谋取世界霸权是她一贯的国策。每当我说起美国在上
世纪的元年（1900年）就是世界上最为富有的国家的时候，常引来朋友们质疑的目光。
这篇出自北大历史系教授王立清的新书的学术长文，为我们更系统地阐述了美国成为自
由世界领袖的曲折历程。该书由中国社会科学出版社出版，也应该是中国相关领域最好
的。美国人即使在1890年成为世界首富后也不愿意出头做世界的领袖，王立清教授称美
国为“踌躇的霸权”。王教授甚至认为，美国在成为世界首富后的半个多世纪里数次推
卸成为世界领袖的行为，使世界没能有效地阻止日本人蹂躏中国和希特勒发动第二次世
界大战，这个结论让中国的反美愤青们听着可能会不舒服的。
虽然与曾经做过普林斯顿大学校长的威尔逊总统认为的美国需积极参与世界事务的观点
相仿，但是美国总统罗斯福施政的早期仍然是维持明显的孤立主义外交政策。欧洲动荡

ENGLEWOOD,这片很怪,不是4方块,是个狭袋子.
如果说小学的话,GREENWOOD,BELLEVIEW,COTTONWOOD CREEK,WILLOW,HOME STEAD都是排
名靠前的. BELLEVIEW,COTTONWOOD CREEK的中国人很多,比较集中.
总体来讲,中国人比较看中学区.
BROOMFIELD那片,很多都送孩子去PEAK TO PEAK,不错的学校.

No smoking. The car runs great. It does have some little problems but since
i am leaving this area soon , i just sell it as it is.

2)a dent on the front bumper

The houses are very expensive in CA (and you still have to bid for decent
houses over their listing prices; yes, still like this even in a bad economy
). and the school districts mostly are bad. The CA state government keeps
planning to generate revenue from people in stead of cutting their state
government workers' high benefits (highest pay in the whole US).

用这么成熟的糖果来打发天真的孩子们。说轻点，是素质差，说重点，这是犯罪吧。
本来挺高兴的事情，结果是让人添堵，感慨万千。 这样的国人，钱挣得再多，也属于
垃圾类。
这能希望其他经过这家要糖的小朋友们不要吃这黑心的糖果。

income tax in the end.

另外还把two car garage 改成了three car garage. 在充分利用空间上与房间分布合

1) in First Floor Plan, the door opening direction of the bath room is not
resonable. It is now open to the right which blocks the way into the room
until the door opens completely. It should open to the left and if the space
is too small, you may consider to use sliding door.
