候也容易startle,很多时候unexpected subtle positional change都可以让他们自己
吓倒自己,这都属于正常现象,也不会让他们自己有啥不舒服的。很多家长会担心有癫
痫之类的,which is rare at this age. Gastric reflex也是一个可能,但是那个可
能会更容易引起discomfort,which you will be able to notice。
2. 很可能是passing gas或者stool,which is also very common。新生儿的腹肌力量
很差,而排便之类的都需要abdominal muscle,需要增加腹腔压力。更何况婴儿是躺着
便便的,成人还有重力帮忙呢。让一个大人试着躺着便便也会很困难的。。。。

,4小时就要吃一次奶。百天左右的那一周晚上突然可以一觉睡6-8小时了,我好开心啊
,以为他要睡整觉了,没想到从那时候到现在四个半月睡觉情况是越来越差了。白天还
是半小时一醒,关键晚上也开始睡不安稳了。以前虽然要吃夜奶,但是吃饱了就睡,能
睡的比较踏实。现在是刚入睡的那一个小时也经常会出现半小时一醒的状况,半夜吃奶
也开始闹了,不象以前乖乖的吃了就睡,然后早上5点多就开始使劲踢床垫。有时候我
把他弄到大床上跟我睡,他能睡到6点多7点,有时候这也不管用,非要一直抱着哄,真
让人崩溃啊。。。
我想过sleep training,可是我发现每次宝宝如果哭得比较多(不是因为sleep
training,而是其他原因导致的哭),他就会睡得更不安稳,不断的startle,甚至一
直要人抱很难放下床。我怕让他哭到睡,就算他累睡着了,也还是睡不安稳。我有时候
都怀疑难道他是真的缺钙?(他是全母乳,一直吃VD,儿医也说不像缺钙,但国内的说
法睡不安稳缺钙的可能性很大)。有必要给他补钙吗?

出了月子以后OK吧,看个人啦。我宝宝非常容易Startle,关键还不让swaddle,所以很容
易醒,一定要有人陪睡。月子期间是我婆婆陪,饿了送给我胸喂;出月子后我跟宝宝睡
,看着这个小不点睡觉在身旁睡觉的样子很sweet呢。
至于说怕压到宝宝之类的(OB极度 concern我cosleep...) ,觉得妈妈天生有种保护
宝宝的直觉,压到宝宝的几率非常低(关键是小心熟睡的爸爸!) |
