off days. It is just too time consuming. 5 min English writing a day is OK
but I don't encourage Interns to spend too much time on BBS. |

看来周末quiz还得等周末解决，池大发包子吧，呵呵
这个问题在我们平时practice非常常见，Reglan是一些医生的常用药，对某些
intractable nausea非常有效。 这个病人显然是出现了Parkinsonism，NPH可以是DDx,
但这个病人应该首先考虑reglan引起的parkinsonism。
PCP的诊断是对的，但他的错误是停药。 突然停药可以引起或加重tardive dyskinesia
（TD). TD可以是irreversible，而且不可治愈。 TD是practice中经常引起法律纠纷的
一种disability，所以应该尽量避免。
正确做法是taper off。 我们有很多精神科医生，像benpu，stardust，etc， 你们应
该是处理neuroleptics副作用的专家，这里讲的原则同样适用于所有neuroleptics 引

其中一位 まつゆう桑，据说是世界闻名的博客写手，也做模特，在自己推上写道：承
蒙邀请我看了松润君、上野树里酱主演的《向阳》。冬天的江之岛的氛围，既美丽又温
暖的恋爱，真是可爱。想要在向阳之处悠闲地午睡了。好可爱啊~
后来又评论说：《向阳》中的松润君是与我想象中的形象不同（不同于道明寺）的温柔
可爱的男孩子。黑色短发也很适合，衬衫外套着连帽衫、西装也很新鲜。树里酱的服装
也很可爱很适合。是从画面中传达着“fuwa”的柔软感的电影。（霓虹金说fuwa就是有
点轻飘飘软绵绵的感觉，请想象在空中飘的棉絮……）
三木导演RT了她第一条说谢谢，她回复说：避免泄漏情节不能细说，不过整体上来说非
常可爱。小时候的两人也非常可爱！虽然现在要入夏了但真想去冬天的江之岛。想要体
