The judgment against the defendant here is based on failure to appear, or a
default. There was nothing appealable there since there was no fact finding,
no application of law. Nor there was a judge ruling. It was a default. Even
if there was an appealable issue the defendant probably has already passed
the 30 day limit.
The current order, was a denial of his motion to set aside. Read the first

Did he/she not provide standerd care?
2, There are always possibility of failed attempts. He/she did not remove
the whole cyst, that is sure. But I bet the consent you signed did not say
this procedure will be a 100% success. I think it is more a communication
problem between the doctor and patients.
3, I don't think you can make a case to the medical board if the failure is

供参考）
先说pampers家的。baby dry, swaddler和swaddler sensitive之外的尿布我们还用过
cruiser和cruiser＋ultra，这两种区别更加微小，可以说除了外面的花纹不同，基本一
样。但根据我的经验cruiser＋ultra确实比较不太会漏，不过性价比不是很划算所以我
一直就用了cruiser。pampers尿布我个人挺喜欢，但有两个缺点：1.没有松紧背带，晚
上宝宝攒尿很有可能会背漏。（但我觉得有背带的会一直箍着腰不舒服，所以这个要看
妈妈们的个人喜好）2.pamper的尿布多少都有一股子味道，说不清楚是塑料味还是香水
味，相对swaddler sensitive是味道最淡的。
再说huggies家的，首先他家的尿布size相比pampers家的都要小一些。pure and
nature质量确实没得说啊，很软很厚，又是organic cotton。但夏天不合适，总觉得会
包得宝宝太热，little snug和snug & dry基本是一

传说中的end of the world，啥也没发生，照常去gym workout了一早上，做了8mins的
6 packs， 8 mins buns， 3组 plank, 3组standerd push ups 12 reps。。
在pull up 的器械上做了wide should pull up and chin up 各2组，10reps...
最后上了一小时的spinning课..

Is there any text file based database?
I am not a programmer nor a database developer.
The only "program language" I'm using now is Matlab.
Matlab has a database toolbox/interface.
As my understanding, it works with standerd SQL.
I do not have too much data, upto thousands items and could
be multiple tables later.
Only myself access to it.
I want keep them in text format, coz it is sample, I can access
then even without dbtool.
