面包机 vs.Stand Mixer
常常有人问同样的问题：“我应该买面包机还是Stand Mixer？”
我的答案是：不买面包机，我爱Stand Mixer！
面包机和Stand Mixer我都用过。面包机是嫂子给的，她当年在Costco $70买回个Oster
Breadmaker,用了不到小半年就烦了，送给了我。我用了小半月，就嫌它傻大笨重，功能单一，
束之车库了。这款Stand Mixer是朋友“三月里所有的花”送的，她知道我爱做吃的。非常感谢
她，但现在她还没在我这吃回成本。这个宝贝天天坐在我家的厨台上，隔几天就用一用。
先来看一下二位的性价比：
1.和面功能：二机都能和面。但面包机功率小，最多和4CUP干面，只能和比较软的面团，如面包，

那我就要站起来了。否则就一直座着爬坡。
爬坡的话，掌握好换档和踏频，通常座着骑更有效率。我们这个小岛，据说没有真正需
要站起来骑的坡。貌似只有环法那样的路段才需要站着骑。当然美国大陆地大物博，可
能会有很大的不同。

center 或TV stand放在客厅里. 本来想买TV stand,上面放电视, 比较简洁. 到几加家
具店看了一下,发现有很多entertainment center可选择, 一般是下边是TV stand,上面
有个huntch. 或者下边是TV stand左右两边有装装饰品的柜子和架子. 因为两边或上
面有可装装饰品的地方, 我觉的对客厅也是个装饰. 我的房子是High-ceiling的. 但LD
认为entertainment center占一面墙不如TV stand简洁.
大家是怎样选择的呢? 能不能给个参考? |

关于standing问题引用率最高的案子是Lujan v. Defender of Wildlife。Defender of
Wildlife起诉美国政府的某些政策危害了保护动物的生存环境，违反了珍稀动物保护
法。最高法院认定Defender of Wildlife没有standing，因为它们没法证明“tangible
and particularized harm”。
一项政策的出台总会对群体中的每一个个人带来影响，但是如果任何人要在联邦法院起
诉，他必须证明他所受到的损害是特别而且实际的，否则司法体系势必面临混乱。
本案中Prop 8的支持者确实花了很多金钱，也参与了诉讼的全过程，但是允许同性结婚
，他们具体的损害又在哪里呢？

天是不会再试试了. 为了吃得健康和不浪费, 懒妈想要提高厨艺, 学做面包, 糕点和馒
头了.
网上搜索了一下, 大致是需要买这两种工具. Stand Mixer 或面包机. 请教, 哪一种更
方便使用呢? 只是一/两个人的量, 所以还是mini的size吧.
(请教婆婆和LD时, 她说她的面包机刚送人了. LD, 也是以前有stand mixer, 闲置不用
也早送人了. 于是, 他的意见是, 手工做吧. 母亲节快到了, 决定送自己一套.)
一星期, 做一次主食面包, 包一次包子或饺子, 烤一次健康不太甜的糕点.
这款Stand Mixer是我想要的, $300 左右, 但负面评论都提到了漏油的问题. 用途多,
可我目前是从没和过面的新手, 就想简单容易操作.

from Paul's TV and I stumbled on this stand. It seems like a pretty good
deal for what seems like a good stand. Reviews are not super, but pretty
good overall. Other places seem to sell this stand for much more money.
This site is fairly new, but it is apparently owned by Dorel, which is a
pretty big name in kids furniture and gear (Cosco; Safety 1st).

DWX723 on clearance for $69 marked down from $199. This is the larger more
expensive folding stand that handles longer wood not the smaller and cheaper
$99 stand. This stand will work with other brands of Miter saws. They had
several new boxes in stock near the clearance area this afternoon. Lowes
online still lists the price at $199. NexTag lists it at $180+. They
probably won't last long at this $69 price.
