如果不想盆子卡死，估计得过几分钟就来松一下，呵呵，有点违背买stand mixer的初
衷了，本来就想让它自己揉着，我干别的事去了
我的面倒是不粘，可能还有点干（之前可能没表述清楚），揉到盆里光滑没有面和水倒
是很容易，但是要把面团揉到光滑就非常难了，怎么揉都还是“麻子脸”似的
不知道你是不是也是这样呢？ |

dough hook 这个是和面利器。做面包主要靠它，其他可以用来做包子／馒头／饺子／
面条。但是据说太硬的面和不了，毁机器。
wire whip, 这个可以用来打蛋。做蛋糕用，替代一般的hand mixer.
flat beater,这个用来搅拌，做cookie时候，或者搅肉馅，做丸子都可以。
这些是基本配置，一次性投资就可以解决的。其他的配件要另外买。
meat grinder,绞肉用的。金属刀片＋塑料壳。我买了一个，kohls打折后大概＄３８拿
下。目前用得很多，感觉很好用，２lb的肉几分钟就绞好了。肥的瘦的都可以绞，但是
筋膜多的时候比较麻烦。清洗还可以，除了刀片都可以进dishwasher,手洗也就三分钟
的事儿。－＞个人比较推荐
sausage stuffer,做香肠的。kohls打折后大概＄７－８。这个要和meat grinder一起
用，我还没做过，据用过的catdoudou等同学反映填香肠很快。
pasta maker, 做面条用的，这个配件小贵，三件套一般折后要$140-150.

originally designed in Europe. The attachment with stand mixer is too narrow
and hard to control.
In reality you do not need a powered 面条机 since you only need to make very
small amount of noodle to feed the entire family. Go to taobao and search
for 山东龙口复兴牌手动面条机. It is around 100 RMB and a lot easier to
operate. You will be able to make noodles for an entire meal for 4 within 15
minutes with some experience. |

做了次吐司，觉得还不错，只是yeast放少了，揉面也有点累且不到位。所以想趁着

不过看过大量视频和几次失败以后，觉得我这个6qt的stand mixer做250g面的面包实在
不得劲。钩子勉强才挨住面，没有面团整个包住钩子的时候。想出筋要揉好久好久。
不知道大家有没有类似的经历。
下次我试试揉个大面团试试。

用很多年，这个的确是很好的选择，但是要等deal才能拿到好的价格。

cooks illustrated的测试说pro600(6qt) 比4.5Qt 揉面团不耐一点、打蛋白双效果差
一点
5Qt根本没列入考量，可能因为5Qt型号就不在professional系列里
如果你相信他们的测试评鉴＋你知道怎么用stand mixer，只需要考虑6qt或4.5qt（6qt
罕见的特价不会比4.5qt的长年价格高多少，我总是觉得这跟cooks illustrated的测试
结果很相符，就是4.5qt的成本跟6qt基本制造成本差不了太多，差在外型、广告行销跟
通路的成本）
只是拿来揉简单面团，的确面包机就够 |
