I disagree with your second statement. International law can explain, at
least those advanced by a few Taiwanese Americans who argue that Repubic of
China has never had sovereignty over Taiwan, a position taken by US since
President Truman (after Korean War, naturally).

by Friday, he said he'll extend a legislative special session until they "

Basically newcomers that are NOW breaking in are dead on arrival (DOA).

what will you see then? continuing high volume with sale price around 450k.
