For those business that haven't started taking credit card, Square is much

square两个站,别的地方太贵就没看。
开始主要看grove st.这附近的房子大多都要一个月的中介费。找了几周，网上找加实
地考察。足迹踏遍了这附近的大街小巷，得着机会看的房子就三个。一个是半地下室。另
一个是two bed room，但是任何一个卧室都放不进去双人床。还有一个是房东自己盖的
三层小楼，感觉隔音就不要提了，甚至不结实。其他的都是还没来得及看，就已经签合
同了。
可能还是自己的预算太少，就转而看journal square的房子。journal square和grove
st比起来，实在是有点破，感觉也不安全。找来找去就找了下面这个，1300。下周准备
签合同了。大家有对这片熟悉的吗？这片安全吗？

至于为什么定的Doubletree Suite,第一是考虑离广场的远近,第二是因为这个是套件.
很多hotel有个time square的名字,但是离time square还是有距离的.比如sheraton,是
在52街上.
我一个礼拜前给hotel打电话说要cancel的时候,同样的房间,税前价格在$2499,刚刚看
了下目前价格在$2849.

contigency offer.我能理解appraisal 的结果和 city record 会有小差别, 但这么大
的差別我们是不可能接受的. 我们的agent也是第一次碰到这个情况.

1)这样的情况City有责任吗?
2)Seller 肯定知道square footage 有误, 但是仍然用错误的信息来误导买家, 没有

這個周末去的Pioneer Square的Cowgirl, Inc。一個化裝成country bar的有點軟軟小YY的Bar，吧台上掛了一大堆Bra。吸引大部分中青年顧客的是台上有一排年輕貌美女子穿著凸顯身材的衣服的跳舞。不偶爾晚上喝多了會有中年女客人沖上去一起跳。。。
總體感覺3星吧。台上跳舞的女生鮮有幾個還不錯。Pioneer Square的風格就是有一點市井有一點dirty。所以感覺還是很胭粉氣。另外這個地方太overprice了。周五男生進場7塊(說是男生，大部分都是大叔)，女生不要錢。酒水按照紐約/Jersey的價格標准，這裡都一點不算便宜的，雖然還是比紐約便宜一些。不過這兒花生免費，好大一盆隨便吃。
另外就是顧客的類型實在夠Pioneer Square，感覺中年loser和貧戶不少。還有一點很奇怪，騎牛的n多男人，不知道還以為去了gay bar。決定以後還是多在Belltown和Capitol Hill看看有沒有好玩的地方算了。
