hole 1- 5 only 1 ok drive at #1, 其他基本driver 打不起来。
后来 #6 par 3 打了一个pure PW， 之后 driver 一直straight bomb。当时已经准备放弃driver, 没怎么刻意调整
可能pw, short iron helps with groove swing.
长干不容易帮助建立那种impact 时club head sqaure 的感觉。

driver carry 差大约10 yard.
10 yard for each 15 celsius deg.
如果driver 能70% 以上能有250+ carry 有不太偏的话， 打一般性的local course,
简直是different ball game.
如果一直有 "swing hard" 的话， 距离还是会提高， suddenly but over a long
period of time.
不需要swing hard each shot, 最佳的模式是保留一些max out full swing, say once or
twice a week. 10-20% full swing try max out power.
这对身体恢复和保持swing power都帮助。
我还是倾向于swing 用力， 身体太放松容易get sloppy, 失去sqaure club face 的
feeling, 保持身体适度的tension, 太强或太弱对我效果都不好。

从这个video可以看出Jack Nicklause和很多pro挥杆的差别。他down swing刚开始时
lag没有增加。如果看Ben Hogan的挥杆会发现他down swing开始时杆身滞后导致lag增
加，大部分pro都是这样的。而nicklause从一开始就是抡（throw)的动作，有人管这叫
early release. Mike Austin是这种swing的代表人物.我从初学时学Ben Hogan到后来
改成学Mike Austin完全是自己摸索。我觉得传统的swing中timing的要求较高，因为
impact时手腕flip很大，一旦timing不好容易hook或push.后来发现了mike austin的
throw的方法觉得很有道理。这种方法swing plane很陡，杆面一直保持sqaure,impact
时不需手腕flip，提高了稳定性。这种打法打的也很远，austin是long drive

发帖数: 1424 | 5 我最近还有一简单的体会就是强调眼看的是两腿的重心位置而不是球， 越长的杆儿越
靠球后。这样可以强化torso rotate 帮助杆头sqaure 而不是刻意手上加动作。
shaking 的问题暂时解决。 其实道理早就知道， 可是我没去强调就全走了样。

最后是从buffalo的peace bridge过的境，然后在niagara sqaure shopping center里
的rogers买的prepaid的nano simcard, 30加元1G data+10加元的话费+10加元的sim卡
钱一共50加元
那个小二特别厚道，跟我说i feel so bad如果我卖给你这张卡，因为附近有一家wind

鞋脱了，血已经把袜子沁透了（对不熟悉高跟鞋的同学科普一下，新高跟鞋，打个泡什
么的是常事）。哭了大概10分钟。 住的地方没冰箱，也没有锅 （来的太匆忙）， 去
楼下买了一份饭，呵呵夫妻肺片，吃的心旷神怡，觉得啊纽约也有可取之处。
一个月后911了，第一次工资还没发，哥大男生回来了，开始了苦逼的找房之路。纽约
找房难，纽约没钱找房难上加难。中间被国人还坑了一把，真是感谢国人的互助精神。
最后不得已住到新泽西JERSEY SQAURE, 一片黑人聚集的地方，呵呵没钱。居然911之前
还是之后吧，房东刷地板，让我自己另外找住处 两天，求爹爹告奶奶，找到一个住新

我现在想测试这些DRP中那种problem 是最容易被解决的，那种是最难的。请问用什么

跟全国各地一样，湾区高价房在五月份的成交量也显著增加。这对买卖双方都是好
消息。卖方的房子终于有人买了，买方也终于看到房价更趋于“合理”了。
比如，Cupertino五月份共卖出36栋，比前几个月一个季度还多。除了有两栋有些
Overbid外，其余成交价都比出价低，平均低10%左右。其中有几个降得很Impressive：
一个出价1175K， 以848K成交。
一个出价1278K， 以1062K成交。
一个出价1300K， 以970K成交。
一个出价1848K， 以1450K成交。
曾经看过一个要价1190K的五年新的、2200 Sqaure Feet的推倒重建的房子，比市面上
同地区的要价1300K到1400K的房子各方面都好很多，感觉一定会有很多人抢着去
Overbid，结果也只是以 1170K成交。既然这个房才卖1170K，附近那些要价1400K，又
老又小的60年老房应该没办法卖了。
