但是 车库灯有电， opener 有电。 这是什么情况？一般是有个 GFCI 开关控制插座电
源的？这个 GFCI 开关一般在什么位置？

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般
医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新

farmer's market买，原菜谱比较甜，用1/2量就可以，optional 的东西我都不加。
whole wheat flour 做出来的东西一般比较糙，但这个蛋糕小孩都很爱吃。
Groovy Tea Cake
½ cup of honey
2 Tablespoons melted butter or ghee (or oil)
1 cup of milk (or water, a little less)
1 ¼ cups of whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
optional:
2 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup chopped nuts

，哈哈，买了模具，周六在家里试验不同的方子。
我把觉得好的方子贴在这里，说到健康和好吃，这个方子黄油特别多，但是没有黄油，
这个madeleine蛋糕就不好吃哦，就少吃两口吧。方子虽然也是网上找的，但是确实是
试验了几个，觉得这个方子比较松软可口。做过戚风蛋糕的人做这个一点难度都没有，
无需静置，立刻就可以做，前提开始的鸡蛋打发好，加糖后再打发两分钟左右，lemon
的皮真的起到了很少的作用，非常的香啊。

你们家老大小时候是个严重过敏娃吧？
有没有因为这个过敏而使生活上一些活动受到限制
所以现在pick up也会要慢一些
前面几个例子我家娃小的时候都会有，后来慢慢pick up的
大人不要强推，不要跟别的孩子比较，多花点时间陪着，多创造机会，慢慢就好了
比如说夏天天热的时候可以把sprinkling 打开，鼓励小朋友多玩水
滑梯就从矮的坐起
等他physical跟上来，玩的也会更开心，估计也会更有自信来ｄｅｆｅｎｄ自己 |

一个周六，去考察了三个地方，包括网上推荐的Pump it up, Chuck n Cheese 及本地
的一个公园。考察结果：
Pump it up 更适合三岁多甚至四岁以上的小朋友，如果是第一次不会玩，两岁多的很
多会有点害怕。九九自己还是很喜欢的。我们以前在这里参加过生日派对，感觉90分钟
很赶，工作人员不停的push进入下个环节，因为下面还要一家排在后面等着用场地。
Chuck n Cheese: 第一次来，相当于国内的电子游戏机房加快餐厅，费用上应该最便宜
。小朋友很喜欢，最喜欢的是在空中的那个playground, 但是大多数的游戏还不会玩.
。同时觉得这里更适合稍微大一点的孩子，个人感觉有点乱哄哄的，不太干净。

这个面包之所以说它神奇有三个原因：
第一，做一个面包需要耗时10天；
第二，它的starter（类似于酵种）来自于一群叫做Amish people的人，有且只有Amish
people会做这个starter。而更神奇的，这个Amish people是一个极其富有传奇色彩的
族群——他们生活在美国和加拿大交界处，因为信奉复古、极端的基督教，崇尚自然的
赐予，他们拒绝用电、汽车以及一系列现代化科技，过着与世隔绝的生活。Amish人禁
止与外族通婚和买卖，禁止子女接受初中以上的教育，认为这些知识足以应付日常的生
活。在美国，尤其是upper michigan，人们说的土鸡蛋、土菜之类的，就是指由Amish
people用传统的农业生产方式而生产的农副产品。

1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled
2 teaspoons dark rum
24 packaged ladyfingers
