hardwood floor可以重新finish，但是只有一个车库。区里都是50年代rambler。我和
老公觉得rambler比split entry更能hold value一些，和美国朋友聊天，很多人不喜欢
split entry。这个步行15分钟到海边的golf course，步行15分钟到trader joes为中
心的一个小商业区。
另外一个是，70年代的split entry，楼上3间，楼下一间卧室。下边那层，几乎是完全
地上的，所以也没有split entry那种一层阴暗潮湿的感觉。二层的floor plan也很好
，非常open，当然不如rambler显大了。2个车库，屋顶需要换换了，而且院子里两颗参
天松树，有些碍眼。这个步行5分钟到同一个golf course，区里都是split entry。
打算先和lg进攻那个rambler，但是那个split entry的有四件卧室，两个车库。唉，真

其他房型也有地下室一部分改bedroom或者in-law的，这个和是不是
split没关系, 东北地区split非常流行。
觉得潮气用除湿器好了，lower level的其实比那些完全是在地下室
的bedroom好多了。
split加建也比较容易，split加建好了也很好看，而且比colonial更实用。

其次，最好用专业split ring pliers，你要凑合的产品市面上有，但也有最好的，这
一款在我手上从淡水小split ring到bluefin tuna用的split ring都相当顺手，这款
pliers可以被模仿但难以被超越。
你如果要made in China产品，到taobao.com上找类似模仿产品，细节上我不讨论了，
你照图索骥应该能找到中国产的。仔细看图示寻找，尤其是pliers nose的最前面结构
，不是弯钩部分，而是弯钩前面的小斜契面，会省你无数时间和减少对split ring的损

要把这个报价itemize，或者重新quote，就是延长fence，把2家面向证明的一点点
fence和门相应往前移动的价格，这个价格才能split。
我的想法是，我们确实没有很大incentive去延长这个fence啊，我不想split钱啊。他
家因为需要patio的空间大一些，才要延长fence的，而且他也承认了。
我就想我如果不split cost，当然我也不会挪门，我家后院侧园保持现状，是不是很WS
。有必要为了所谓邻里关系，非得来split这个cost了吗？ |

，有第四个的都是在lower level去牺牲family room。唯一的好处我觉得是living
room和厨房ceiling高。
split level的房子在80年代就明显少了，90年代以后基本绝迹。即使是80年代，同一
小区，lot基本相当的情况下，建筑商提供split level和colonial两种选择，二三十年
过去，split level的价格远远低于colonial的价格。 |

但我有一个问题，如果是要打印出所有合法的split， 我觉得这个合法split本身的个

我倒是不觉得他们过来找我们有啥不妥，毕竟首先他们要取得我们的同意才能建，另外
问问能不能split cost也没啥大不了的。我不爽的是，我们已经明确告诉他：1）我们
没需求2）我们理解他们是因为侧园patio 空间不够才特别想做这个project。而且他们
也承认确实是需要扩大patio空间。3）他们做，我们不反对。4）如果将来我们要利用
他家延长的这段fence把我们的门往前挪，我们一定会split这个cost。 在这种情况下

ranch房子需要很大的地，colonial虽好，但需要上
很多级楼体，不适合老年人，家里有baby也
要当心，split是介于二者之间，克服两者的缺点。

不是问题。
swivel的主要功能是stop，否者滑铅一滑到底，那就成了t-rig了。swivel的另一功能是
防止twist，但是钓c-rig时twist不严重，钓c-rig的时候bait不应该转动的，只在结尾
快速收线的时候才有可能转动。
在浅水近距离的情况下，c-rig的swivel+sink可以用split shot代替，那就是著名的
split shot rig。但是如果是3，40米开外，或者是2，30米以下的深水，split shot就
够不到了，还得用重sink加15磅主线的c-rig。
c-rig的缺点是有三个结，绑起来太麻烦，碰上挂底，或者钩子上的结被磨损需要剪掉后
重新打结而leader又不够长了，或者你只带一根鱼竿中途要换rig，都很头痛。这就产
生一个称为california rig的变种，swivel被一颗（或2颗，多颗）bobber stop替代，
省掉两个结，california rig另一好处是leader长度可以调节，把bobber stop撸到底

感谢狼哥，语文，方版，草木等给的建议，最终决定按狼哥的前十迈匀速，最后5k加速
的计划。
当天45F还有阵雨，不过还是跑前把垃圾袋都扔掉了，带了个棒球帽，主要是可以挡住
打到眼镜上的雨。手套到六迈就扔掉了，因为又湿又重。最后几迈顶风冒雨，还是push
到7:45的pace，基本满意。

方向的，在那之前一点点将要落地，就可以了。对于不同的对手（是否动作隐蔽，有无
disguise），基于自己的预判能力，时机都会有所不同。另外不要把大部分精力用来
timing split step，这可能倒会影响对球路的判断。把split step变成一个下意识的
动作，不用动脑子的地步。 |

结果费了好大劲给套上后, 发觉split ring不是纯银的, 不知道会不会有皮肤过敏....

所以现在在折腾要不要换split ring, 版上的大牛们有没有更好的办法能让这个配件和
