大概是把SPINACH和一点橄榄油一起烤，烤到七成熟就出锅，因为SPINACH很容易蔫。这
些都算是西方做法。
最近家里要来人，想做菠菜粉丝。不知道这里的菠菜能不能用国内的做法做？就是过水
CHAO一下。我看两边的菠菜长的有点不一样。。

嘴周红红的，应该是湿疹。
宝宝已经很久没有湿疹了。又看了一下昨天吃的Gerber的蔬菜pasta泥，里面有egg
white和whey(乳清from milk), 宝宝一直对牛奶过敏，鸡蛋只是吃蛋黄不过敏，没敢喂
过蛋白，牛奶的过敏反映就是长湿疹。
现在搞不大清楚是昨晚的蔬菜pasta泥让宝宝长得湿疹呢，还是今天刚吃的Spinach&
potato泥让宝宝过敏的呢？
早上起来的时候，没有看到嘴周发红，是吃了spinach&potato擦嘴涂油后才发现的。如
果是后者过敏的话，难道吃了5分钟过敏反映就可以这么快出现了？ |

今年的感恩节，是我经历的第五个感恩节，也是最开心和踏实幸福的一个。回想过
去的一年，是来美国后最开心的一年。经过如噩梦般的两年多，终于走出了最低谷；值
得感谢的太多太多。
谢谢bf一直一直陪在我身边。无论是我在北卡CPT出了问题，遭遇了车祸，膝盖肿
的老高不能上下楼，和房东经济上的纠纷，回学校funding出了问题，或是在加州大清
早被警察pull over，抑或是小到生活中手多处受伤帮我笨手笨脚的包扎，帮我洗菜切
菜不要我的手沾水，你都一直陪在我身边。有过争执和误会，有过赌气和大哭，磕磕绊
绊的一路走来，却发现不知不觉中，你已经给了我家的温暖和依靠。这对于从小无比恋
家，却又独自在外漂了6、7年的我是何等的弥足珍贵！有时候我会跟你念叨，回想起来
，最最温馨和踏实幸福无忧无虑的竟然是中学时代。其实，后来的那些年，也有过很多

一般去outlet，顺便吃一次，或者去downtown电影院，顺便吃一次，所以非常的有距离
美。感觉比一般的junk food更贵啊，去outlet很饿的时候吃，也很好吃啊。
今天在正常状态下吃了一次Applebee's。我最近正在努力的健身减肥，所以吃的整个过
程都非常的怒。既然健身那么辛苦，所以我吃一次junk food，都是一定要非常enjoy，
这个东西一定要非常好吃，很值得爽一把，才会去吃。但是今天吃的，实在是非常的肥
，咸，甜，还非常的不好吃。那个spinach & artichoke dip，spinach一丁点，满满一
碗浓cheese。chips刚油炸出来，浓浓的油。ribs巨咸巨甜，配fries。那个新的
meatball pasta，3个肉球，就肉球里面还包裹了cheese。pasta里面浓浓的cheese。
我是很喜欢吃cheese，pasta，meatball的人，美国食物做得好吃的话我都能enjoy一会

上各种馅料，营养有保证，吃的也幸福哈。
正好前两天在超市买了creamed spinach，老外都是当side dish吃的，咱就西为中用，
整个烙饼来吧
菠菜奶酪烙饼
材料：
菠菜奶酪泥(creamed spinach)2大勺，自发粉(self-rising flour)1大勺，盐1tsp，鸡
汤(奶/水都行)1大勺，糖(我用的红糖)1tsp，香油少许，葱花（可省）
做法：
1. 把鸡汤倒入自发粉，调成面糊。
2. 将菠菜奶酪泥拌入1中。
3. 加入红糖、盐、香油调味。
4. 将葱花撒入3中，稍微拌一下。
5. 将4倒入平底锅中，开小火，尽量将面糊摊得厚度平均。饼成型后轻微晃动锅，让饼
均匀受力。
6. 一面摊好以后翻面将另外一面烙之微黄即可。
菠菜配上西方的mascarpone奶酪和东方的芝麻香油，香气扑鼻。因为只加了一点面粉，
所以饼烙出来的口感是软糯的，不像北方的葱花饼一样酥脆。我又尝试着抹了点红方腐
乳，绿色圆饼中的一抹红，也正映衬了这个温热的夏日午餐。 |

意式油醋沙拉：黄绿Zucchini，Cherry tomato， Baby spinach。
Zucchini先切成小块，拌点葡萄籽油，撒点盐和和黑胡椒粉，烤箱预热400F，烤十二三
分钟左右。

Little Baby Book（以下简称CLB）上面关于辅食添加的部分、每次体检时儿医给的手

开始正文之前先说说CLB这本书，这是一本争议比较大的书：特别喜欢和特别不喜欢的
人都不少。Gina本人是一名护士，所以这本书理论部分比较精炼，然后篇幅较重的是实
践部分，比如孩子的吃睡具体应该如何操作。她的建议相当细，一天的作息是精确到每
一个钟点的。考虑到孩子的个体差异，如果孩子刚出生的时候并没有参考此书的建议，

市面上lutein大概有3种剂量
nb，sundown家有6mg和20mg的
nm家20mg
gnc家以前都是40mg，现在估计被无数人投诉，终于开始有20mg的了
再多说两句
lutein在我看来是性价比较低的保健品
因为绿叶蔬菜含量本身就很丰富
以spinach为例，100g cooked spinach含11mg lutein
我个人看不出吃的必要，还不便宜
但我也买，没办法，老人不听 |
