耳闻目睹几个朋友的悲惨经历，本虾十分愤慨。
本虾一直思索我这个著名ID是干什么用的。黄色小说只能给大家带来一时之乐，只不过
是一些三俗内容而已，揭批这世上的丑恶才是我的最爱--毕竟名声越大责任越大嘛。
言归正传，先谈谈这个系的变态政策。
博士生只要拿过系里一分钱，就不能转硕士，不论任何原因。博士生中途不给硕士。
这个系没有几个TA职位，叫兽绝大多数没有钱，但拼命找学生。老印一般不读博士，所
以绝大多数博士生都是中国人。

第二个学期就高诉学生，系里没有钱，出去找GA (graduate assistant).
