去年圣诞出去玩的路上，在超一辆车的时候被指达到85mph (limit is 70).我超完车后
立刻减到75以内，可还是被逮着了。
因为去那个court得至少2小时（单程），所以就忍痛交了$180罚单。可TMD不成想，got
this bullshit today - another Super Speeder Fee $200! 美国真是没落了，靠这
敛财了。早知如此，当初就该去上庭argue.

一样的说法，还附上了Cardmember agreement,highlight了相关条款。三张卡里，
Freedom有近30，000点，就这样被没收了，非常不甘心。
看版上有人再一次bbb后，成功要回了points.但不知道有没有哪位达人曾经在chase类
似的回复以后继续BBB，然后成功要回points的？

motore speeder may be comparable to aldila voodoo, both mention technologies
to overcome shaft deformation.
i got the baffler 2004, non-pro version. but still feel great about it.
yesterday tried it again, killed one shot, landed near front green, and rolled onto 243 yard green.
definitely felt better than burner rescue 08. and it is only $33.
my 3iron can forever retire now.

，一些收获和大家分享下。
一是球杆(SHAFT）其实是最重要的，杆头的重要性其次。二是OEM的SHAFT性能比STOCK
SHAFT对有些人（至少对我）要明显的多，不是在CARRY上，而是在稳定性和BACK SPIN
上。三是做FITTING的话，别去GOFSMITH, GOLFGALAXY这样的，水平不够，一些专门做
FITTING的，比如CLUB CHAMPION，要专业的多，虽然贵点，但基本都是OEM SHAFT，是
REAL DEAL，物有所值。
我挥杆速度一般，DRIVER一般挥杆速度在100-103MPH之间，但down swing的transition
比较快，所以要求SHAFT能存储住能量。我DRIVER上，各种球杆和球头，以及不同挥重
的组合试了十几种，最终选择结果如下：

我假设你不会去出庭 Cook County那么远
看看你的court在哪个city，google那个city的traffic attorney，他们一般都和警察
法官有某种关系，shady business。问问他们这两个ticket有没有可能dismiss那个没
打灯的，speeding那个不想要super speeder，他们有可能把85变成84或者83什么的，
就没问题了，当然罚金还是照常交。你就比较下他们能做什么，你要付多少钱，看看值
不值。300左右吧，是个合理的价位。
如果你要出庭，那就是另一回事了，老美常用的办法就是不停的去reschedule你的出庭
日期，还不同的星期几，几次之后警察就烦了，你就可以出庭了。但是就像前面的人说
的，万一警察来了，你就跑不掉了，super speeder，扣点，你就照单全收了。
当然，如果你最近几年记录很好，没超过速，不管找律师还是出庭，减轻的可能性都非
常大。 |

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
