忍不住另外开一贴说几句，
对生物起源等问题保持open的态度和好奇心是好事，对孩子也确实不必要一味地灌输知
识和结论，而是应该启发他们思考。
以上都是科学的态度, 科学和宗教的根本区别就是，科学是不claim绝对真理的，科学
是不断前进发展的，人类的知识在科学证实的过程中日益壮大，科学在证伪的过程中比
以往任何时候都更接近真相，推陈出新。
持科学的态度去看待细节还没有被完全复现和解释的问题，比如生物起源，并不表示可
以无根据地虚无地对被广泛证实的进化论本身持怀疑态度。
那个帖子里面很多人都提到了，很多人初中生物没学明白，还没弄清楚进化论是什么，
就开始反对进化论。
有一次跟好几个美国的院士一起吃饭，谈到布什声称不知道是否应该相信进化论的问，
院士们说，一个在现在这个时代还不相信进化论的人，居然做了美国的总统，实在

在也贵气起来了，不过我们那边现在还是推崇养殖的湖蟹。海鲜里面虾蟹其实不算是真
正的海鲜，不过在美国虾是most-consumed fish，虾不是鱼大家都知道，海鱼里面好多
种类普通人还是不可及的，有的海鱼我连名字都叫不出，我以前喜欢去寿司店学鱼名。
美国的螃蟹， crab cake我是挺喜欢吃的，但是一般做的好的美国店都不便宜，然后粤
式的炒螃蟹块也不错。顺带网上查到的老美吃的最多的十大水产，这是一年的人均消耗
量，很多是人工养殖的。
