Spare ribs are cut from the belly of the pig—where bacon comes from.
Baby back ribs are cut from the loin section—the place where pork chops
come from.
Baby back rib肉嫩一些，一般是一根根的长骨头上带肉，应该是国内所谓高级的肋排
。比较适合于烤着吃。Spare ribs 肉多，肉质比较紧，有点老，还带有软骨，而且长
骨头呈扁平状，没Baby back ribs 的骨头硬，比较好切断。 |

bolt is different from the other 4: that one is locked. Called AAA. They
asked me check the glove compartment to see if there is a key to the lock. I
found it. I removed the flat tire.
Initially I put on the spare on the wrong way (Inside out). When I tried to
drive, I coud hear the noise. Had to do it all over again. Eventually I got
it right.
Today I took the car to garage and they fixed the flat tire. |

，再再加上骨头比较硬自己很难切断，我一般是烤着吃，或者做蒜香或椒盐排条，红烧
也可以。
spare rib 就无所谓啦，做什么都可以，但是有些地方肉太厚，做的时候很难入味，所
以我会切下来一点炒着吃，口感肯定没有loin 好。唉，我是越来越小农，不好意思哈.
