怎么说也是豆子磨出来的。
whole foods那种问起来就有强烈的生豆子味道
可以在stove上用平底锅热熟，也可以在oven烤熟
但都比较麻烦，搞不好的话会乌烟瘴气，呵呵，别惹响了smoke detector就好
还可以蒸熟。蒸的时候小心不要沾水就行。若是嫌味道不够焦香，可以先蒸熟后再在平
底锅里干热熟。
熟的黄豆粉 跟国内那种驴打滚外面裹着的黄豆粉味道一样。
用糯米粉蒸或煮出来的mochi，外面裹着熟黄豆粉，蛮好吃的
米饭上面加些熟黄豆粉，吃起来也香喷喷的
还可以跟迷糊一起吃，也香香的 |

1. 割草要高，每周定时割；冬季草3-4寸，夏季草2.5-3寸。
2. 春秋用pre-emergent, 其它化肥农药一概不用。
3. 有机肥除了商场里的，还可到feed store买soybean meal, 氮元素含量占重量的8%
，不比化肥贵太多。
4. 施肥时机有讲究。夏季草不要在长根时（春天）施肥，不然根不深。
什么打洞dethatch都不用，草坪中的微生物会帮你松土通气造粪。 |

，如果我没猜错的话，你家用的是 vegitable oil/corn oil/ canola oil/ soybean
oil。这些食用油是热性的, 非常容易招成小孩便秘. 把你家的油换成Olive oil/
peanut oil/ butter, 对你小孩和全家都很好.
对了，这是我治好我小孩便秘的经验。希望对你有帮助. |

maybe u can try to eat food easy to digest,and easy to cook, with less spice
and salt. egg white, salmon and edamame(soybeans) are considered very good
source of protein, whole wheat for fiber,fresh fruits are always healthy, i
was told grapes are good early in pregnancy, spinach has lots of iron, these
are all very easy to prepare. i ate quite plain food during first trimester
, mostly just boil in water or bake in the oven |

我当初买的时候做了些research，我想要防水的，但其他家防水的都是绷了一层透明塑
料，我觉得塑料很不透气，。可是那些没有防水层的我又怕宝宝吐奶漏尿的没法情节。
看来看去就选了这个，树脂的让我感觉好些，而且还是organic的，没啥怪味道。反正
上面总要再铺一层薄褥子的，总能透气些气的 |

我们家小的时候抱起来背后老有一股味道，但挺好闻的，我都认定这是属于我儿子的专
有味道，没有这股味道，感觉都不像我儿子了。后来，一直到他能翻身坐起来了，我才
发现，是因为mattress不透气，刚睡没多久就身下一层汗（不是因为热），就醒过来，
所以一直睡不好，原来我一直最喜欢的味道是儿子的汗味，唉！
再后来10个月大了，我就把他弄到大人的mattress上睡，身下再也没湿过，他都睡的很
好！
哎呀，我糊涂啊，到他10个月才发现问题，可怜他潮湿湿的睡了10个月，最可怜是小时
候不会翻身，就这么汗津津的睡了好几个月。BTW，我家的mattress就是organic的防水
的，是BRU买的，当时他老爸还挑了个全场最贵的。
从我家个人经历来说，小孩子根本无需什么防水的，纸尿布包得好好的，很少有漏的情
况。就是是吐奶或者其他弄脏，那也是床单，不管防水不防水都得换。小孩子很小的时
候就占一个角落，就算有一块潮湿了，换个角落睡，把那块空出来弄弄干，很快的。 |
