Sox就是internal control, 所以发现了这个issue你不能说是internal control没有
breakdown. 我认为这个和sox是关系的.因为象你说的那样如果规定是5个签名,但你只
有4个的话,大的来说就是internal control没有起作用,否则为什么只有4个? 但是具体
到你这个case上, 要看不同的external auditor. 我以前公司的auitor这种都是小事情
,绝对可以pass,认为不算是deficiency.
但现在这个家公司当地的pwc的人非常严格.象你这种情况,就要重新test多个样本,比如
说25个, 如果没有再发现其他错误,就认为是isolated case, pass掉. 我其实也不赞成
这种说法. 因为这个做法意味着你不能出错. 假设你再test了25个,又发现一个小错误,

为了这样一个数据这么差的可能你用过一段自己也就要丢弃的catche
r值得Duquette杀鸡取卵涸泽而鱼吗？更何况rangers自己也许更有求
于你。

btw, yanks maybe knows that red sox is searching for a
catcher desprately, they hold Todd Greene long enough until
the deal was final and kicked him out of roster. That is my
guess. and I think it's reasonable.
Compared with that Doug guy, Greene had 6 rbi in just two
starts for yankees this season.

始终缺乏有效的第二、第三starters. 老是试验性质的收罗一些辗转
各队间的过气的投手，然后季后就走人。何苦呢？
现在的野茂，目前他的表现已经是让人刮目相看了，不也曾是这样一
个角色？
weakfield, 去年他都沦落到了成为一个抹布，clean up others'
mess, 虽然他今年大有起色，并且争到一个先发的位置。
还有david cone...不说也罢。
这些人，考虑到他们近几年的表现，难于委于重任。
对球队而言，不是长期发展的方向。
与其把大钱砸在一些中不溜秋的板凳身上，和把小联盟prospects浪
费在无效的交易上，不如扎实的让一些有前途的新人得到锻炼，并最
终挑起担子，象As, Twins, Mariners, 或象阳极那样，花本钱买人
家的franchise player.

值，而且只有一年。
好球员不会满足于这个年限与长度的合同，这只是一个手续。原属A队的球员可以拒绝
这个offer但还是和A队签个年限更长的合同；如果这个A队的球员不签这个offer转去B
队那么来年选秀A队从B队得一个选秀权作为补偿（如果B队最好的选秀签签在前10则付
出第二好的，否则给最好的），在新秀签约金等方面也有补偿。
球员做决定的deadline是下周一。
去年得这个offer的没有一个签的，且最终只有一个球员和原来的队签约，就是David
Ortiz签了两年。去年游骑兵的Hamilton也收到了offer，以他的年薪去年的qualified
offer是降薪，肯定不会接受的，球队给出这个offer就是为了一旦后续沟通失败保证拿
个选秀权。换句话说，看见这个offer就乐得直蹦马上签约的球员是得不到这个offer的。
综上，很可能三个人都不签，Napoli可能要至少两年的合同（本来三年39m因为查出伤
病变一年，这回可能要两年28m），因此要先拒绝然后再慢慢谈。

发帖数: 3 | 48 之前没有做过SOX,只做过risk-based audit,之后需要用，所以想问问关于SOX的问题。
1. 404和risk-based audit过程中的risk assessment和control testing，区别在哪儿？
我感觉两者在范围和方法上都差不多，除了说404要单独issue an opinion on
internal control on financial reporting。那么是否做完404，再做risk
assessment和control testing的时候可以引用404的结果，以避免重复劳动,节约成本？
2. 我感觉似乎未来审计发展, 对风险评估越来越看重。那么对于上市公司，实施risk-
based audit是不是可以取代404啊，是不是这个也可以满足issue an opinion on
internal control over financial reporting? 还是说404对内控有具体的要求，而却
没有什么具体法规对risk-based audit 的内控测试有具体的要求。
