先我们看看有机食品是怎么定义的。 有机食品是指食品生长过程或者加工过程没有使

回国的利弊
利：
精神上扬眉吐气，自己是个优秀的中国青年，走在中国大地上没有歧视；
可以精忠报国，自己的精神寄托层次比较高，境界也就比较高；
融入浓浓的华夏文化，处处习惯熨贴；
与亲人朋友团聚一起，温馨安逸；
美食美景享用不尽；
找爱情容易得多。
弊：
中国政治不成熟，人的命运很难由自己主宰；
中国人均资源很长时间都不会赶上美国，物质生活肯定不如美国丰富；
中国职场比较复杂，因为资源少竞争激烈，尔虞我诈、勾心斗角；
中国生存安全是个问题，生态问题、食品安全问题、治安问题、生产安全问题困扰着每
个中国人；
中国周边危机四伏，一旦战争爆发，后果严重；
中国存在严重的腐败等不公平问题，回来后会心气不顺；
中国房价太贵，生存压力大；
中国下一代生存压力更大；

根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》（以下称《反倾销条例》）的规定，2018年2
月4日，商务部（以下称调查机关）发布2018年第12号公告，决定对原产于美国的进口
高粱进行反倾销立案调查。
调查机关对被调查产品是否存在倾销和倾销幅度、被调查产品是否对中国国内产业
造成损害及损害程度以及倾销与损害之间的因果关系进行了调查。根据调查结果和《反
倾销条例》第二十四条的规定，调查机关做出初步裁定（见附件）。现就有关事项公告
如下：
一、初步裁定
调查机关初步认定，原产于美国的进口高粱存在倾销，中国国内高粱产业受到实质
损害，而且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。
二、征收保证金
根据《反倾销条例》第二十八条和第二十九条的规定，调查机关决定采用保证金形
式实施临时反倾销措施。自2018年4月18日起，进口经营者在进口被调查产品时，应依
据本初裁决定所确定的各公司的保证金比率向中华人民共和国海关提供相应的保证金。

先我们看看有机食品是怎么定义的。 有机食品是指食品生长过程或者加工过程没有使
用人工合成肥料或者杀虫剂。 Farmer们使用自然的东西比如aged manure, humus, and
compost 做为肥料， 或者使用crop rotation and natural insect predators like
lady bugs来控制虫害。 WHO， AAO， 美国的EPA都制定了严格的Guideline来控制种植
，加工， 包装过程已保销售的食品符合有机食品的定义。 美国USDA于2002年十月21日
制定了美国有机食品必须符合的标准： 也就是号称有机食品的食品必须满足至少95%的
有机成分。
