我先问个问题，前面去k家官网转了圈发现番茄霜/乳液都没有了？为毛啊？不是说
卖完了 是根本官网上就没有这个东西了。。。什么时候的事情啊这是？？？我已经最
起码2年没关心K家了。。。。。现在手里只有2个，见下图，买的时候都是去店里直接
拿了就走也不多看，就怕受诱惑555555555
另外更正下误区：为毛很多油皮混合皮买黄瓜水？这个根本在官网上是给干皮的啊
！请大家买东西前都上官网考察下吧。。。
还有就是，k家据说是TB上假货最为猖獗的牌子之一，因为他们的东西包装简单最
容易仿冒。请大家睁大眼睛啊！！！
1. 金盏花水。不能说是鸡肋，只是说性价比不高。这个水我觉得是真的很贵的，
而且我没有敷纸膜的习惯，这个水当年就是纯粹当爽肤水用化妆棉使的，没多久就见底
了，很心疼，就再也没买过。。。也没见到淡化痘印之类的功效。。。大概敷纸膜的效
果会不同吧，总之如果是单纯用作爽肤水，完全没必要买贵的。。。

lip therapy，晚上用，第二天醒来出现了撕摸效果。。。。虽然$20只有0.3 oz，我还
是在20%的时候跳了它。感觉比一般的唇膏都要强劲，但绝对没有被种草时我expect的
那种震撼的撕摸效果。。。。
种草：然后，我就发现了这个rosebud salve。他们有3的套装的，但我因为害怕不好就
只买了一个。结果就用了一次，效果非常惊艳，比kiss me tonight好多了，出现了本
来我expect kiss me tonight有的撕摸效果。那是真正起到了exfoliating的作用，第
二天早上起来嘴唇上一层死皮一撕就下来了，这样的效果以前从来没有过。这个balm除

10位除了水和甘油，其他都不一样，普通型和密集型都是。
收到的都是1.7oz/50ml，看批号是2012年上半年生产，而且都没有挖勺了。。。。。
网上也搜不到改版/改配方的消息。。。很奇怪，求解惑！！！多谢。

发帖数: 487 | 23 这相同相近音高上的，更多头腔共鸣 vs 更多胸腔共鸣，带来一个技术区别。
虽然两者听起来都很 soothing，但在 register 稍微往上走一点点的时候，
个人觉得，头腔共鸣更多的在技术上喉头及面部肌肉更 relax 一些，而胸腔
共鸣不可避免的更 tighten 一点点。或者说，相对而言，a little bit
more towards resonating vs a little bit more towards belting。
当然，在存在后期效果器的情况下。我觉得这本身效果的差别并不那么重要。
毕竟可以通过压缩等等后效果的略微差别来造成相同的 soothing 效果。
但重要的，我觉得是趋向 classic-singing 的技术，要避免 tighten，
不能像 jazz singer 那么做。否则会 lose relaxation，同时 lose
clarity （这个是 classic 的最大特质），articulation 和 vocal
subtle nuance 也会受影响。（当然是个人民科看法）。

validation 很重要，再者就是父母自己要calm，要demonstrate self soothing
最重要的是，这个过程要从很小做起，从第1次孩子哭闹做起；
我猜哈，这个妈妈以前大概一直都是以各种方式来comfort/calm孩子，小孩子不太有能
力自我soothing/distracting；
个人看法，越唐孩子越反感，6岁左右了，要唐的道理都是懂得 |

找nanny, 他都无比同情的wish me good luck.
你是说宝宝放下就醒的问题吗? 宝宝三个月之前是不太有self soothing的本事，所以
要大人有节奏的走动之类的哄睡，让他们自己睡着的sleep train要等到4个月。小宝宝
有时大人抱着睡着后放到小床就醒，原因可能是有气，有reflux, 冷，没有安全感。小
宝宝刚从妈妈肚子里出来，喜欢cozy的感觉，所以swaddle很好，你家嘟嘟快两个月了
，不想full swaddle的话可以half swaddle, 用blanket从underarm裹一圈就好了。被
子要稍微暖和些，gas/reflux可以把小床头的一边垫高，有的医生建议用swing, 娇娇
两三个礼拜前还在睡graco的newborn soothing center, 自娇娇从医院回到家两天后，
就开始3个小时3个小时的在里面呼呼睡，我姐开玩笑说娇娇睡在里面肯定还以为自己被
抱着呢。你有兴趣的话可以拿去试试。小孩子越大越好带，曙 |
