my visa stamp has expired. Will I need to get a visa stamp from the US
General Consulate in Uganda in order to return to the states? Is it usually
an easy process. i.e.guaranteed to be granted the visa stamp?

..moderate size... sunny...super nice kitechen, bathroom...don't have enough
word to complement this neat living place. I just like it sooo much! The
cost is $650/month, include heat,hot water...
I plan to sublease my room from Oct. 15th to Dec 30th. You can extend your
lease after that.
