intake manifold sonia的一个什么sensor问题。花了三百多刀修好。dealer 说是不属
于powertrain的保修范围。后来跟汽车公司打电话交涉，认为还是范围内，给返回了这
笔修车钱。
到今天了，车子大概开了六万迈（基本上都是高速），在local路上，突然引擎灯亮，
brake的灯闪，cruise的灯也闪，还能开，但我很害怕，尤其害怕刹车会不会失灵，赶
紧开回家中。还没去修车铺，还不知是什么原因。
是不是日车一般不出小问题，要出就出大问题啊？ |

您寄给我的包裹昨天8月27日晚上已经到了，但是收到包裹，大吃一惊。这个包裹没打
开就已经破损严重，空空瘪瘪的，侧边一个大豁口，边上还被USPS的“we care”那个
damage and lost的透明胶带松松垮垮的加固了下。因为是送到邮箱的，所以没有所谓
签收拒签的选项。打开一看，里面只有一本很薄的书加两张CD。

我纵横MITBBS很多年了，二手买卖交易也无数，所以当时第一感觉是越到骗子。后来想

一．什么是SCA 5 ?
SCA 是 Senate Constitutional Amendment 的缩写。 SCA no. 5 是在加州参议院提出
的加州宪法修正案 5.
在1996年加州通过了著名的209提案，也叫加州民权提案。 该提案修改加州宪法，禁止
州政府在公务员招募，公共服务合同签订，和公共教育中考虑种族，性别，和族群因素
。这个提案让加州成为全美第一个禁止公立大学以种族因素为录取标准之一的州。（即
仅以成绩为录取标准）在209提案通过后随即很多州跟进，掀起了学校以成绩为衡量标
准的浪潮。

一．什么是SCA 5 ?
SCA 是 Senate Constitutional Amendment 的缩写。 SCA no. 5 是在加州参议院提出

在1996年加州通过了著名的209提案，也叫加州民权提案。 该提案修改加州宪法，禁止
州政府在公务员招募，公共服务合同签订，和公共教育中考虑种族，性别，和族群因素
。这个提案让加州成为全美第一个禁止公立大学以种族因素为录取标准之一的州。（即
仅以成绩为录取标准）在209提案通过后随即很多州跟进，掀起了学校以成绩为衡量标
准的浪潮。
此次SCA 5 是想删除掉209提案中任何提到 “公共教育” 的文字。实质是要求公立大
学考虑种族，性别，族群的因素。
二．谁提出SCA 5, 什么目的？
SCA 5 由 西裔背景的加州 参议员 Ed Hernandez提出。理由是加州大学中”少数族裔
”比例太少，需要宪法允许公立大学录取时候考虑种族背景，平均受教育的权力。
