这是CW-TV分集剧情片《绿箭侠. Arrow》中的一集。感觉是目前已公布的8个episodes
里最好的一集。
上一次追剧情片还是在追《月光》，可以让我放下手中的事情好好看看，哈哈。《月光
》是吸血鬼惩恶扬善的故事，不知道最后是怎么善终的。这次不同，冷兵器弓箭和近距
离肢体格斗已经不那么超自然了，至少到目前为止一切格斗的因果关系似乎都可以用一
般的物理学知识解释。而且，从一开始就让我怀疑剧本作家是不是偷看了金庸的〈倚天
屠龙记〉?
片头至今一直在宣传男猪脚Oliver Queen从炼狱岛（Purgatory）归来，这个很像张无
忌从冰火岛归来。 Oliver 要痛改前非重新做人，要拯救城市。他白天是花花公子，晚
上是护城天使。对前女友（女猪脚Laura，已经是刑事案情律师）拒之千里，不闻不理。
在这一集Damaged里，一方面展开了Oliver通过测谎仪对往事作了重新的认识，并追悔

请大家继续研究一下我的情况，看看能不能救救我。
上个月因为大便干引起肛裂，差点自杀。西医说我是慢性肛裂，肛门肌肉太紧。
有10年了，一直以为是痔疮，以前没有认真对付。
他给我的方子是最贵的纤纬素，外用的抹在肛周的药放松肌肉，让血液流畅。
10天过去了，好了一点，但还是感觉到伤口还没愈合，主要还是便秘，大便时要用力。
本周我休息在家，所以睡眠充分，11点前睡，7~8点起来。每天早晚一杯纤纬素，
吃的基本是蔬菜，油放的稍多点。水果也吃几个。喝水~2000毫升，走路20~30分钟，还
做家务。3顿都吃粗粮粥。白天会放屁，但感觉不到大便下坠要出来。
早上都能感觉要拉，喝~1200毫升的蜂蜜温水，出去走上10分钟，然后回来拉。第一个
很粘，但就是粘在那里不下来。腹部按摩和敲旦经做的不多。
曾经有次我早上喝水喝到头痛，然后感觉肠子动的厉害，水也能渗透到肛门，
然后轻轻一拉就出来了。还有次我不知道原因， |

种西瓜，秋天一起啃玉米，寒风凌厉的冬天一起偎在暖暖的“不如归去洞”里喝米酒。
幸福易招天妒，小老鼠也不例外。
在somehow的６００岁天劫这天，也就是人间２００８年９月２８日，一道大阴棒天雷
击破股市，随后的腥风血雨摧惨着宁静已久的清远草原，mm6666和somehow的账户迅速
清零。
只听到一声惨叫，somehow被蹬出了家洞，从此流放晶莹洁白的不割冰原，带着悔恨饥
寒来欣赏这白皑茫茫一片死寂的可爱雪。（注，不割冰原持股不割的小老鼠们的流放地
。）
又过了１００年，mm6666夏浴碧波潭，独对芳影双泪垂，回想从前亲密种种不多描述，
每次掺了塑料的牛奶，加了洗涤剂的油条，快倒掉的剩菜，全是somehow一肚包揽，从
无怨言。只是今日不割冰原天崩地裂，良人已逝，明珠化尘，何处再觅佳男鼠？
花开两朵，各表一枝。天上金子太多，熔金炉不堪重负而崩溃，不割冰原被从天而降的
百年不遇的金熔灾害击得粉碎，每个故事主角都有传奇，这次是somehow去中土采购而
独存。
没了单位，somehow偷偷逃回不如归去 |

了很久，心路历程在此就省略500字了。当锅巴先把她录的部分发过来后，我听得好感
动，原唱的感情她诠释得很完美。我的部分就基本是在完成作业了，因为太费劲已经没
有精力顾及歌曲感情了。
伴奏是找了两个版本的伴奏拼起来的。锅巴靠听力把两个分声部都搞清楚，然后一个人
录了两个声部的小样，以便我俩学习，真是太sweet了。
btw, 我后面有两个高音唱得比较抽风，唱跑了，大家就忍忍吧。

before the start of the 100mile one, I wore my 3-lay-running clothes with a
big jacket to get a glimpse of what those 100 milers looked like. Wow,
Scott Jurek really has a 1000Watt smile, then I noticed both Scott and Anton
Krupicka were wearing shorts at this about 20F temperature. Well, they are
from Colorado, and Anton was originally from Alaska. So cold and hot are
