这个1member是以公司的名义用EIN交的吗？个人所得税（非公司收入）用的是SSN，这两个会被关联吗？另外，对于H1和有身份的合伙人开公司，是不是有身份的必须是owner 或者是co-owner。H1/F1不可是单独的owner (sole proprietor). 如数是单独的owner的话，交税岂不是直接暴露了？ thanks |

但是要考虑:
1. 进口报关的时候要税号. 找快递公司,也说要我这边有个公司, 他们好操作报关什么
的. 拿自己的ssn 总是不舒服.
2. sale permit, 作为sole, 都没在政府部门注册过, 也可以申请sale permit么?
lcc 要 800 一年, 啥事不干也要800.
S-cop 和 C-cop 前面一个人说还要雇个律师来开. 成本更高吧 |

1 公司必须有自己的银行帐号进行日常开支，对吗？
--如果是Sole proprietorship （sole,或llc或者S cop）,也可以用自己的信用卡和银
行卡，只有你的供货方不要钱你用公司的title的check。问题是你要公私区分得很细，
以防IRS将来audit.
2 公司在美国注册，有来自中国的投资，但是投资人不参与日常管理，也不需要发工资
给投资人，前几年也不会有利润。那么投资人的资金到帐，算是公司的收入吗，还是算
欠账，应该不需要缴税吧？怎么操作呢？
---初始投资不需要缴税，报税的时候写没有收入就行了，又不是信用卡的常规入账，
又没有美国境内的人要你的EIN去做费用抵扣，当然不用担心缴税问题了。IRS是讲理的
，你拿出足够的证据，比如email，国际转账通知书，合约等等，哪怕不是英文的，只
要是合理能够自圆其说都没有太多风险。
3 公司管理人员/工作人员（2-3人）的工资怎么发？需要payroll 吗？ 准备注册LLC,
LLC是最好的选择吗？

。sole intention就是没证开车，挡住了lien的逃生之道。此泥哥明明是转移视线好让
同伙刮车胎。lien情急之下只能够开离现场。

本想等我弄完I-485后再来折腾这些东西的。但这两天收到好多来自申友的、要求给材料的短信，也能体会到大家与我当时一样的心情。所以，就先把letter templates整理下下，并更新在这个贴子后面了。有留下email地址的申友，我已把letter templates发到你的信箱里，请查收。至于还未留email地址，就请不要再给我留email地址了，直接在本贴后面拷就是了。（当然，如果是想给俺包子的话，俺是会张大口袋接的 ---- 俺也想ZAN点儿，等GC到手后，发几个给曾经帮助过我的前辈们，：）

注册sole proprietorship,网上everify，去市政厅拿营业执照，最后公司搞定了再去
uscis搞opt extension，前几部先后顺序记不清了。

找了律师，先提交eb1a然后追加pp，一周后收到NOID。IO判断单项满足标准，但
totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。
Review：
1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international
acclaim
2. 审稿次数被律师搞错了！

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^
以上希望可以给大家一些回复noid的参考信息，由于一些原因，更详细内容就不方便写
了，有问题欢迎私信询问！

1）这次EB3C排期的飞速前进是奥本在放水统计名额，绝非真排期。前车之鉴在2011年
EB2放水已有。
目前根据班上流行的140数据，2010之前140每年有3万，而2010及之后每年有8000。
首先即使按照这个数据，2009及2008的140足以让EB3ROW（包括EB3C）排期倒退至08年
（或09年初）。
其次，这个数据的准确性我表示极大怀疑。全世界范围内，2010年比08、09年的140瞬
间急剧减少，
首先不符合常理；其次10、11两年不仅减少，而且同样为8000左右，这种巧合也非常蹊
跷。
所谓的经济危机影响不足以解释以上两点；数据不准的可能性非常高。
综上，如果2010之后140的数量跟2009保持一致，
那么EB3ROW不仅必退无疑，而且很可能速度还要慢于EB2C。
那么现在EB2C强行递交140和485，得到的无非是EAD/AP，而提前拿到绿卡的可能性几乎

里卖的干净安全吗？大叔心里认为十之八九是的，但是卖肉得证明产品是卫生地道的，
制作人是身体健康的，产品含量用料是标明精确的，食品安全操作标准用具是符合程序
的，过期日期的有效鉴定，这些裁决要由食品卫生部门定夺，而不是靠卖肉的口碑信用
人品，这些都是虚的，没用！销售热狗香肠之类的利润是很高的，为什么没啥人去搞这
行，或是说很多人一本证经的去干了就是狂奔在破产的道路上了？下面的摘要看看吧，
