verde的 2b/2b亏得不是一点半点. 约满了还是赶紧搬到外面住吧.
别看la jolla del sol网站上说什么排队都要排半年一年的,实际上长期有各类空房租
不出去.也就是每年骗骗刚来的不懂行情的人.

del sol朝北的房子特别冷，去costco买个便携式加热器，买安全性能好的，小孩子在
周围也不怕被烫到，不小心碰倒会自动断电的那种，加热比房子里的gas air
conditioner快，而且省电。del sol的好处是夏天不用开空调也不用电风扇，自从搬过
来以后我家的电风扇就再也没搬出来过了。 |

我扔在垃圾站的玩具，其实没坏就是不需要也没空去卖了，倒是被小区里的阿婆和小孙
女捡走了，狠高兴的样子，我也狠开心，反正是放在旁边也不脏的。楼主不会是看错了
，人家是捡的垃圾吧？
我住另一个小区时，也有中国老人大早晨来翻翻的，那里邻居扔各种东西，觉得能用的
，就小心地放在垃圾箱旁边，贴个work或者表示还好用的意思，或者贴free什么的，经
常狠快就不见了。
我在del sol住，鞋子放外面（不算什么好鞋），娃的三轮车stroller都放外面，还有
各种包裹，从来没丢过任何东西，这个贼只偷外面小区的说不过去啊？ |

我不是在论证del sol有贼，而是在说我看见了有人偷东西并且她到她走回del sol。
这不是GRE AW要来辩论一下偷不偷家门口，现象什么时候发生的什么的。。。
当时没有报警只想劝她不要再这么干了，因为东西确实不算值钱（但也不是免费大家扔
掉的东西）。本来犹豫报警会不会小题大做，在community群里一问大家一致要求，就
报警去了。照片给了警察并且在community内部群贴了。还是觉得网上公开贴太伤人体
面。
在警察也说，这事情不一定只是一个人干的，把各种东西的失窃归罪一个人不合理。而
且正如楼上各位说的，有些东西确实是free give out的可以拿回家。但是罐子什么的
其实拿起来也是不合法的。
所以这是我来mitbbs发贴的原因，希望大家在老年人来的时候，多和他们说清楚，什么
可以拿，什么不可以。扩大点影响力为了大家好。 |
