We are looking for a family to sub-lease our apartment at La Jolla Del Sol 3rd
floor, washer and dryer in unit, very quiet, no street noise, high ceiling, very bright, plenty parking, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, close to shuttle/30 bus. Not sure if it is called sublease, because you can rent as long as you want,
not necessary restricted by my lease. Because we have to pay until they
find someone to re-rent our apartment, we thought we might speed up the
process by giving you a reward. hehe
It is a really nice apartment, very quiet. You can come to take a look if
you want.
