当然我们EB2说来不及，EB3I就爽了。EB2排期在今年下半年和明年上半年不大幅前进，
即使明年最后几个月放水，EB2也只能交485而已。最后是EB3I拿大部分SO。
所以现在08年中后期的EB2C应该赶紧组织起来，敦促Mr O在今年和明年初加快EB2中印
的排期进度，要不就只能等13年夏天了。
稍微总结一下：
EB2排期前进快：08年的EB2有望在明年夏天变绿。如过明年EB2排期进度和今年类似，08年
的EB2要晚一年变绿。但是08年在明年夏天前交485可能性还是很大的。所有这些分析都建立在明年的
SO和今年一样多，如果没有SO，那就什么都没有。 |

要让奥傻这个财年就去实行中印50/50分SO估计难度非常大，但是官司至少可以给他压
力，让他推进EB2C、EB3C的排期，比如让EB3C重新回到ROW。
每年的SO，EBC具体能拿多少也是灵活的，会哭就能多分点，不会哭就一点SO没有，甚
至可能本来的7%名额都拿不满，被抢走送给烙印。关键就是这一个多月了，大家有钱出钱
，有力出力，如果有律师和媒体的connection更好。相对早点拿绿卡带来的自由，捐点
钱出点力算得了什么.

cannot allow eb2c to competete the SO with eb2i, otherwise they have to move
the date forward and regress later, which is not good for them. So they
limit the ebc date to use our own number so that eb2i can consume more.
From their point of view this is safest way. from eb2c point of view this is
unfair. the key issues is that eb2i i stoo many more than eb2c. |

22k*0.7+25k*0.3=23k
So EB2-IC has already used >23k visa. It is 17k SO used. How many SO do
you expect this year? If it is less than 17k, EB2-IC used EB2-ROW's visa.
This is why the April VB says EB2-ROW may have cut-off date. |

According to cnus' magic trackitt sample, EBROW demand is very stable and
this year's sample represents a 4% increase over the last year. It might be
due to popularity of trackitt, instead of real demand increase.
EB3 inventory has reduced by HALF in the last 3 years and will continue to
drop.

看了一下demand data, 老印eb2 不算庞大的EB3升级,09年前还有23,975个.08年前有7,
300个, 估计 08年每个月平均 (23975-7300)/12=1390, 他们的PD因为EB3升级到今年7
月份的时候还是停止不动, PD在08年7月前的有 7300+1390*6=15630
中国EB2C刚好一个SO都不能拿到
有人说7%,我不了解,但是上年SO就没有7%, 今年有人确认MR O会这样分? NIU弄的? |

我个人有点建议：
1：给参众两院的移民委员会议员写信，告诉他们奥本这个团队在损害美国的国家利益
，对印度进行利益输送，这个是赤裸裸的腐败，所有的SO名额都给一个国家，在任何情
况下都是不公平的，建议议员为这个每年的SO名额分配问题搞个听证会（这个是最好的
结果），老中来陈述问题，这样我们胜算就很大，一个是中印1：10的申请，却要中印
同一个排期，有失公平原则，二是大量ICC从印度过来直接发绿卡，增加了美国被印度
过来的恐怖分子直接袭击的机会，这些人没有美国的学位，没有对美国有任何的贡献，
却可以拿美国绿卡，绝对是违背了美国移民法立法之本的，同时也严重打击了美国本土
科技企业的竞争力。往这几点靠，胜算比较大。
2：被巴马直接写信，告诉巴马他今年的SO被黑箱操作了，叫黑八用行政命令调查这个
事情。

响. 我想印度人知道这个道理. 在美国人多力量大, 选票是一人一票. 人多可以争取到
的整体利益更多.
我看美国人做事经常先做communication, 让人对他的组织和主张有个认识. 能不能把
这个SO名额分配不公的事让美国华人都知道.中国人不争取SO名额, 让印度人拿了对所
有在美中国人长远看都会是个大问题. 印度人跟中国人在职场上经常是竞争关系. 让大
家知道中国EB人数多对大家从整体长远看都有好处. 我相信总会有有头脑有热心的人会
关心这事的. |

等到奥本反应过来，中国EB3C妥妥的超过名额限制，多年来第一次吃到SO。这本来是
ebc在奥本长期压迫下的一个小亮点
fuwu林爽这个败类出于别人无法理解的扭曲心理，跑去向奥本告密，让老中不仅吃不到
SO，连自己本来的名额都用不满。于是eb2/3 至少直接损失了300-400个名额，排期因
此延后的老中至少5000人
现在这个败类居然有脸面用马甲上来嚷嚷“eb2c让eb3c蒙受了损失”
大家记得nccam在前两周 讨论EO的大潮中的反移民发言么？我帮他总结了：
华人需要团结同胞起来向老印争SO的时候，他们在鼓吹eb23内斗
华人需要团结印度人向非法移民争取政策优惠的时候，他们在鼓吹中印内斗

所以才上来问问，为什么会有今年能吃到SO的说法，yoyo你这几天不见，这个吃SO的说
法最近几天才开始出现的。说是SO今年剩的很少，不敢给印度人放，中国EB2的数量正
好，于是就放EB2，让中国Eb２吃SO |
